Their web site is totally unreliable, it gives dates of when medications have been picked up when in fact they have not been.I have complained numerous times about the web site for over the last year only to be told We know so just dont use it. This is the worst pharmacy to get diabetic supplies from because they take out the original lancet devices that comes with the one touch kits and replace it with a cheap one made in china,I was told by the owner the reason for this is because he just cant make a profit off the lancets the device uses. when I told BOB the lancets did not fit the device he argued with me that they did.I now use kroger/walgreens for ALL my diabetic supplies with no problems! I have had to make many return trips back to pick up the prescriptions they forgot to put in the bag.I am switching to a different pharmacy!

went thru drive. thru my dad cant walk. we asked for his prescription THEY said they had to call Dr and get refil.he told them he called the Dr yesterday the found them within five seconds. I asked for some alcohol swabs.she said that was not her job.but since she wasnt busy she would do it. I told her to forget it.o will go to Walgreens she said go ahrad.i think this policy is crap they should want too sell as much as possible. and I think that is JUST good Customer service. jesse akers

Extremely friendly and caring staff. Any and all questions answered promptly. Very fast service, as a matter of fact, Superior service. Ive been a customer for approximately 8-9 years and wouldnt go back to the chain stores that treat you not only as a number, but arent personable at all, plus you wait 30-45 minutes. Newport Drug Center has treated me like a family member and you could not ask for more. I think they are GREAT! :

If youre getting epi pens here make sure you check the expiry date. I bought 6 before I knew to look for expiry dates and they expired within two months. Criminal.
