Business is not well managed. Owner is rude. I have been going their for 2 years for a refills and every time I go, there is a problem. 3 times I have gotten all the way home and my refilled cartridges would not even print a test page. When I went back,they talk to me as if i was trying to get over on them. The lady waiting on me was rude. I have decided that since I have so many problems with this business that I come out better just buying new cartridges. Also, check Walgreens. They will refill for only $10. This company is the worst i have ever seen in Winder Ga.The manger is the most UNPROFESSIONAL.And it is even worst if you are BLACK i will never go their again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Two times I have gotten all the way home and my refilled cartridges would not even print a test page. When I went back, I had to wait hours one time and two days the other time to get it fixed. I am always told that I have a difficult brand of printer to refill. However, their sign says that they refill my brand. I have decided that since I have so many problems with this business that I come out better just buying new cartridges. Also, check Walgreens. They will refill for only $10, a drastic savings. Do not waste your time and money here.

Took really good care of me and instantly knew why my printer wasnt accepting the new ink cartridge. They even fixed my old cartridge that wasnt empty for free. Very friendly and helpful.
