Me and my now husband went here to have our wedding invitations printed and they were very nice and helpful when we dropped them off and when we picked them up. I only looked at the first few on top of the stack and they looked great then when I got home and started putting them in the envelopes I noticed not even half way through the stack the colors stared changing and were all different, it looked like the machine was running out of ink. so I took them back to see if they could fix it and they admitted that the colors were bad and then they refused to re print them and told me next time we needed to take our business elsewhere and that they dont make enough money to refund me for their mistake. I was never rude to them we just wanted them to see the problem and know something wasnt right and maybe have their printer serviced so this didnt happen to other customers. They blamed it on the dark grey color of the invitations and was just rude about it so we took our business elsewhere and had them re printed. At the other place I took them I asked about the dark grey color before I had them printed to make sure it would be ok and he said it would be no problem and they looked amazing. I will not go back here for anything again because of how rude they were to us when we were nothing but nice to them.

While this store is well located, the people who run it are just not very nice. They seem rude and even the people at the store next door dont seem to find them very friendly or customer oriented. Being charged 2.00 for 6 inches of tape was crazy. I could see charging maybe $.50, but 2.00 for a strip of tape is a little off the mark. Its a packing store. I get charging for supplies but giving away a strip of tape could go a long way toward customer retention.

If I could give it a lower rating that 1 star I could, my sister went in there this morning to pick up invitations with 2 little boys, one being autistic, and was ran out by the owner who could not work with the boys in there and YELLED at the autistic child. What kind of business owner yells at a child, much less an autistic one? I hope that they can learn to be more open minded to their environment if they wish to continue to serve the public.

I wonder what could have possibly triggered them to treat children like that. I would have never expected that. I actually took a package then called an asked them to hold it then resent it. I was not charged any extra an even tho it was just a few dollars difference they took an extensive amount on time finding what was cheapest for me. Their patients was exceptional. I could not have been treated better.

The people who operate this establishment are complete assholes! They do not deserve your business. The person was triggered because I sat boxes on his counter and was worried it would be scratched? Its a crappy laminate counter. Its also a shipping store where would you think to place your packages? He was rude and had a foul attitude from the moment we walked in. We took our packages elsewhere.

What kind of person, much less business, yells at an autistic child and asks the mother (after waiting for 20 minutes) to leave and come back later without the child?! You deserve your teeth knocked in for that.

Absolutely terrible. Had a few errands to run with my toddlers, one being autistic and the owner or male employee yelled at my son for touching the gate. They will never get my business again.
