Dropped a phone off there to get reshipped, wrapped package in my own paper when i arrived the guy behind the counter said fedex didnt need the package wrapped, he offered to fix it for me i paid him and went on my way. Awesome service employee was friendly and helpful, i was a little concerened about dropping off my package and him changing it around but my feazrs and doubts were proved wrong.

I took something into ship from here and the "kid" behind the counter said I had to do all sorts of things to the package before they would ship. I dont think he wated to be bugged by anyone, called the corp. number and they said there has been problems

2 weeks to get a receipt because no one can provide you one unless you the store manager. I travel and use rental cars, hotels and even restaurant and can get a list receipt no problem. This is insane day 16 and still no return call.
