Sadly my review is not positive. I shipped a $5000 part with this company insured for its full value. It arrived crushed(I have photos) in spite of appropriate packing and labeling. That was 8 weeks ago. After a lot of finger pointing between Fed Ex and Pak & Print, the insurance claim was denied stating that the broken part had melted. The melting point of glass is 2600 degrees farenheit. Oddly the cardboard box did not melt or burn. I try to use local vendors as much as possible but in this case I cannot recommend them. If its important or expensive use someone else. Please free to contact me if you have questions regarding my experience. Update - In spite of FED Ex not taking responsibility, this company has and we have resumed using this company with no further issues.

Employee spent 5 minutes staring at screen unable to figure out how to handle a Fed-Ex drop off. When another customer entered the store he STOPPED serving me to push buttons on the other customers cell phone. After 5 minutes of employee ignoring me while I tried to remind him to deal with my package I left. Will not return for package, printing, electronics or cell phone issues again.
