Just go across the street to Staples. The associate at FedEx was doing her job by asking me for written evidence of permission from the copyright holder for the item that I intended to print (bought online rightfully)... But I was already frustrated by my inability to print it at home. I left without an argument and went across the street to Staples. The service was much better. I think the Fedex associate didnt want any more work on Saturday night since they were closing in 30 minutes at 6. Staples was buzzing with activity and open til 9. The associates were much more accommodating and very nice and helpful. Just go to Staples across the street.

Always accommodating to me and my tight deadlines. Knowledgeable and good advice always. Polite staff and all of the services Ive come to expect. People leaving bad reviews for this location are out of their minds -- they may have been dealing with a trainee or they themselves may have been rude to staff... What do you expect? I may or may not have seen the ignorant jerks that roll through here. Beware the customers, not the staff.

The employee her has no knowledge of her job.She requested that I fill out a commercial invoice for sending some documents to Canada. I tried to explain to her that its not needed and that I verified its not needed through Fedex 800 number she would not listen. Go to UPS and save your money
