For the quality of the items they are overpriced. I went in after years of not going in and it looks the same. Overpriced low quality clothing. It feels like Im inside a goodwill. Terrible cashiers and service. The service is almost as bad as any Roses

The staff here is very friendly and more than willing to help you. The store could use some help with organizing and keeping the aisles clear from debris and the shelves stocked.

Nice employees, nice environment, very clean. However, shoe sizes were not always in the correct area. There is this annoyance of finding a size 4 in the size 9 section...

We shop professionally. We have been to Ross stores across 3-4 states, at least 50 of them Id guess... were in several every week. This one is the worst weve seen so far.

Selection is OK, just dont expect much. Staff is friendly, bathroom situation is awkward. Try tjmaxx first, its a nicer store and the same company.
