I would recommend carlin vision to everybody! Everybody was so nice and polite! I came In for a eye problem that wasnt getting any better (went to a terrible urgent care off of scenic) and was in so much pain. My check in was fast, my wait time was practically 5 mins. Even inside of the room I didnt wait long for the doctor to be right behind the nurse! He was soooo nice and so helpful explained everything I needed to do and prescribed me a medication that worked WITHIN HOURS of using it. I cant explain how happy I am. carlin cares about their patients! I should have came to them first!

Without going into too many details and whining about my experience there, Ill tell you for all of their fancy water and atmosphere this is the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. I never had to hold my tongue so much to prevent myself from cussing someone out as I did today and somehow found the strength to just cancel my appointment on the spot and leave. If their management is interested in knowing what happened today, they are more than welcome to call me and I will fully explain it, but I am never going back there again and I just wasted almost an hour of my life.

I had an apt for 8:00 am and was called two days before confirming me for 8:00am. I get there by 7:50am and waited until 8:10am. No one was there and I checked online for the hours and it said 8:00am. I went to work and called at 8:20am. I asked why no one was there for my apt and the lady on the phone couldnt explain. She mention they just opened the doors at 8:20am. I ask to be rescheduled the following week and she said nothing was available for 2-3 weeks. Horrible experience. I suggest to go elsewhere

The surgery was great and can see clearly. My main thing is I made sure I went to an "In Network" facility, but didnt find out till later that they do not use an "In Network" anesthesiologist which wound up costing me several hundred out of pocket. Before having surgery, you should find this out. Also, I wound up getting a bill later on for nearly a hundred dollars of which I do not know what this was for since I paid them a few thousand up front to get the surgery completed.

This practice has definitely lost its "home-town touch." During my last two visits with two different doctors, both seemed preoccupied and rushed, spending all of 10 minutes in the room with the majority of that time on the computer. There was very little eye contact and no smiles. I will definitely be going elsewhere from now on for eye exams. However, the optical boutique staff members are friendly and very helpful, and there is a great selection of frames.

I had a problem with my glasses and needed a repair. I went in, was greeted quickly and within minutes had my glasses repaired. Troy took great care of me and offered some money saving tips buy purchasing what I need in bulk at certain times of the year to help maximize my insurance coverage. Ive worn glasses all my life and Carlin Vision is by far the best value (and experience) I have ever had.

You would be hard pressed to find a more friendly efficient practice anywhere. Had an exam for cataract, scheduled the surgery, and couldnt be happier. Did not wait for any of the steps necessary and on the day of surgery I was taken back at the exact time of my appointment. From the front desk to the surgeon everyone was extremely friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Love them

Do not recommend and will not be returning. It would have been nice to know before hand that they once accepted my insurance for the eye exam but not for any glasses, they told me this after the fact of my eye exam. I would have went somewhere else where I could get it done all at once. And I was rushed out be the eye doctor since I was his last patient and he was ready to go.

Carlin vision is not a cheap place to visit but you definitely get what you pay for. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have gone out of there way on numerous occasions to make sure my visit was pleasant and satisfactory. I would definitely recommend Carlin vision to anyone looking for a great eye care facility.

Excellent Doctors with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE Please pack your patience. It will take almost two hours to complete an annual eye examine. The doctors are very knowledgeable but appear to have poor management. There is no front of the house customer service. These people are really useless.
