Please BEWARE of this office. Usually I dont write review unless they are very very HORRIBLE. Even though it has been months (November 2016)since the visit, I still feel very angry every time I passed by the office. And even more angry when I see the bill they keep sending me even though they already charged me at the visit for almost $400. I came in for LIMITED EXAM for lazy eyes for my babies, 4 years old and 1 year old. For the 4 years old, they just showed her a bunch of black and white pictures and no alphabet letters. My girl is very good with letters, numbers, and shapes but not black and white pictures. For a 4 years old, if they not sure, they just stay quiet. And at the end, they diagnosed her as (-3.50 for both eyes). I have the same prescription as her but when we stand at the same distance, Im the blind one and she can read pretty well. We did our own test at home where she feels more comfortable. Moreover, we even tested at her pediatrician and as expected, she passed. And for the 1 year old, pretty much they just observe her eyes for lazy eyes. The exams are very fast but the waiting time are terrible triple booked. So please prepare to be late for work because itll take you at least 2 hrs of your time. Two limited exams for $400 for two kids. PLEASE FIND YOURSELF A PRIVATELY OWNED OPTOMETRIST AND DONT GO TO MULTI- DOCTORS CORPORATION. I only came here because it is the only office that accepted young childrens. These people only care about taking your money and dont care about your kids. Please take your kids to where they care about your childs health. P.S. GOD BLESS YOU.

My brother had a very bad experience with them. He saw a doctor and was given a surgery date and kept on moving his dates until the other eye to bled and the did nothing until 4th week. All because of this racist coordinator of Dr Lewis called Kat who is running the business for them. We went to her office to speak with her to find out what the problem was because our calls were not been answered and she walked and passed us, a guy went in told her we are here to see us and I heard her say she has no time for us and she does not even understand us. Right there I filled the form for release of medical documents which we never received. He saw a new Dr. With Georgia retina and had his surgery the 3rd day. I will never recommend Thomas eye group to my enemy. That coordinator Kat need some counseling she is so rude and a big time racist. She does not even take the Drs instructions because he sent her an email to put my brothers name down for surgery the following Friday, she did not even answer to his email or give us a call, two people from the office verify that. In 3rd world countries things like this doesnt happen anymore No body up today even call after we call several times to complain. This is a shame.

My in office experience was great, so I thought. They called me promptly after checking in, and Dr. Brown was marvelous. I was in and out within an hour. Before I left I visited the optical department to check out their frames where they measured me and suggested a couple they thought I would like. However, they were a little pricey for my liking. I asked if I could purchase at a later date and I was told I could. The man, whos name was Troy said that he would save everything and even scanned the glasses and said when I decided to call back everything would still be in the system. He printed out my prescription for me but did not include my frame measurements, I guess what they would call, PD, Pupilllary Distance. So I called and called and called. And they gave me the run around. I left messages that werent returned and then their phone system just all of a sudden stopped working. So I am fed up. Began as a pleasant experience but I will not be going back to this place for any exams in the future.

I love the Thomas Eye group and the services they provide. Dr. Thomas Cobb and his team always greet you in a professional manner. I have been with Dr. Cobb for 3 years and can honestly say that the wait time has dramatically decreased. More importantly, they continue to become innovative and offer up to date equipment. I was very impressed during my last visit because drops were placed into my eyes to numb them. The medication kicks in instantly and a transducer touches your pupil to measure thickness. Thanks Dr. Cobb and team. You are the best from check in to check out. As a professional nurse. I am happy to receive excellent service that I am use to providing to patients myself.

Me and my children have all visited this office several times. I have never had to wait very long. The staff is curtious and knowledgable. I was especially satisfied with the eyeglass warranties. I purchased a very expensive pair of glasses for my daughter hoping that it is good quality. For whatever reason they have broken for the 4 th time now ( which is the makers fault not Thomas eye groups ) but I was very pleased that they replaced the glasses several times with a minimal shipping fee. This saves me a lot of headaches and runaround time trying to get her new ones. Would most certainly reccomend this office.

Dr. Carlyle has been taking care of my eye needs for a little over 3 years now. I have been pleased with his professionalism, accurate diagnosis and pleasant personality. The office is well run (the desk personnel are efficient, the office is clean and attractive and I Love the computer check-in system). I am currently preparing to have cataract removal and anytime the eye is involved its a little unnerving, but I have complete confidence in Dr. Carlyle. Five stars!!

If only I could Ive 0 stars. Both the people at the front desk and the manager wanted to argue with me after I had spoken with corporate TWICE and I had been told that I just needed my insurance and group numbers. They would not assist me without an actual card when I could provide them with both proof of who I was and what my insurance was. I was ouright told that they did not care and that I should find another practice. Disgusting excuse for a doctors office.

About 1 month ago I took my 5 & 10 year old. We got there early to fill out the paperwork - then still had to wait 45 minutes. The technician said my 10 year old needed glasses & the 5 year old did not. The doctor then came in and told us the reverse?? I was / am confused. In my opinion they were just a patient mill. My kids eyes were dilated for almost 2 days. Not very happy!!!

I have been looking for a quality eye care practice and Hooray! think Ive found it in Thomas Eye Group. I was very impressed on my first visit with all the personnel in the office. All were friendly, caring, and really seemed to have my best interests at heart (hard to find these days). My search is over and I will depend solely on Thomas Eye Group.
