My wife and two young kids (ages 3 and 2 months) were stranded with a dead battery in the parking lot RIGHT next door. My wife approached the two workers, who were not assisting any other customers, and asked if they could offer a hand (test the battery to see if it was dead and/or help her jump the car off with cables she had just purchased from them). They refused. Thanks for nothing... my family will no longer be a patron of your store or any other Advance Auto Parts stores for that matter. And, I"ll gladly spread the word far and wide about your less than helpful employees and their refusal to assist a stranded mother of two.

I will never go there again. I purchased a battery on line. They did not want to come out to take my battery out when it was sprinkling. Got 1 man to come out. He saw that there was a small computer in front of the battery and refused to take the battery out. Ended up going to NAPA. Taking the battery out was simple. A little wedge that keeps the batter on the base was bolted down with a bolt behind the computer. The computer was not moved at all during the process. This was extremely stressful for my car was not starting properly in the mornings and the next day temp was to be 27F.

I was recently in this location and the manager Norris was very helpful and attentive with helping me replace a defective battery that was purchased in another location. He went above and beyond what I would have expected to make sure that my problem was taken care of. I know it is easy for people to write with complaints and rarely do people give compliments, but I just wanted to pass along that Norris was very kind and helpful. I will definitely return to this store for all my auto parts needs.

I thought my alternator was on the blitz. I decided to get it checked for FREE to make sure. An incredible nice lady assisted us and let us know that it looked to be a battery issue. After we told her it was a new battery, she correctly diagnosed a bad battery terminal. Long story short, a 4.00 part saved me a trip to the mechanic. The attendant was not only knowledgeable but was nice to our dog who was in the back seat. Great attitude and service!

Came in to get my battery checked and buy another if needed. Was helped by Donald. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient when I turned off the engine in mid-evaluation. He also didnt seemed annoyed at my many questions about Hondas and nissans...just overall nice and professional. Which is hard to do in the blazing heat..at least for me! Thanks Donald

I was having some trouble with my battery and I did not have much money they worked with me to the point where they offered many suggestions and ultimately came up with a solution for me and I was able to get the new battery and my car back on the road. Natalie, Cody, and Sharlotte were all wonderful I recommend going here because they truly try to help

Friendly and helpful staff. Store is well-stocked and they can get any part not in stock. Good selection of cleaning products, oils & additives. I am able to find all the parts I need for the 2003 Mercedes-Benz C230 Kompressor, and Advance Auto Parts prices are reasonable.
