After grabbing my product that I wanted to purchase,waited at the counter for 3 to 4 1/2 minutes after she asked me to step down to that computer. The (black) Afro-American lady was doing something else in the computer after waiting the time I did. Then she says hold on let me get out of this. I was not saying nothing or complaing the whole time. Then when she finally gets to me and I pull out the money to pay for the product she makes a noise and says I have no change. So I said ok and turned away and headed to walk out the door. This is the WORSE EXPERIENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ever displayed.

The guys said he could put my battery in no problem.. I ended up having to not only get my shifter fix.. but the battery wasnt even screwed in so the cables ended up disconnecting and my car not starting.. I lost a day of work having to have someone look and it and paying them to fix it..not happy!

Service is extremely poor. They are not willing help, you have to create the solutions. One rep was even eating as they served us. Ill take my business and money else where.
