Purchased a transmission from Puppy Dog on May 18th, 2016. Installed transmission and there was no reverse. Called Puppy Dog back the 19th and informed me not to do anything he would have clint call me regarding it. I informed him that was the same thing he said about the transmission i purchased 2 weeks prior that was also NOT shifting and that I had to get a transmission shop over to fix there problem cause nobody would call me back. 4 days later no one still had call me regarding the current situation. At this point I have put the customer in a rental car for the incovenience. I called and ask for Clint and he informed me that he would get over to me. Clint finally got on late evening put his computer on and said it just needs a solenoid shift A. Took 2 days to get the solenoid and that didnt fix my problem. took another 2 days to hear from clint after me calling and calling. He then wanted me to have the car towed to a transmission shop in fayetteville which is 20 miles from my shop at my expense. Once I questioned who would pay for the tow he wanted to call me back. At this point I am Well over $750 for a rental car for this customer. Clint NEVER called back that day. I had to call him the next day. He then tells me he doesnt have another transmission to give me and he cant find one at the price he sold me. I was like the customer is in a rental thats reaching well over $800 and yall are not willing to make this right. NO APOLOGIES, NO IM SORRY NOTHING. He promised me to have the old transmission and check to my shop on Friday May 27th and that didnt happen. My original transmission was brung back to me on Tuesday May 31st with a Check made out to a Completely different company. MY RENTAL BILL IS NOW AT $1100 AND STILL NO TRANSMISSION. THESE PEOPLE DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO APOLOGIZE OR ANYTHING. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I WILL BE SURE TO ADVISE MY FRIENDS AND OTHER SHOPS NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I went there to get a fog lamp for a Mercedes Benz E320, and after they finally got the part for me they charged me $50 for it, which was a decent price (I thought). A couple hours later, when I finally had time to install the part, I discovered that not only was the part that screws into my car broken, but they also do not give receipts and do not do returns. AKA they are a bunch of thieves, I recommend NEVER going to this junkyard, they will just steal your money!

After purchasing everything from engines to whole interiors, I quit using Oscar and "Puppy Dog" because they wouldnt exchange an exhaust pipe off a Toyota Tercell that didnt fit. No damage or alterations done. They also lie about engine mileage. I have proven that after being told a caddy engine had 95k and after installation it smoked like crazy. I went back and hooked a battery to the doner car and it had 290k! Liars and thieves. Use a u-pull it yard if you can.

BEST SALVAGE YARD AROUND! THEY HAVE A NO HASSLE REFUND POLICY,WARRANTY AND YOU CAN INSPECT IT BEFORE YOU BUY IT. I HAVE USED A LOT OF SALVAGE YARDS AROUND THE ATLANTA METRO AREA IN MY 39 YEARS HERE AND NONE ARE AS EASY TO DEAL WITH AS THIS YARD. THE SALESMAN AND THE GUY THAT TOOK ME TO LOOK AT THE DOOR I BOUGHT SEEMED VERY INTRESTED IN HELPING ME AND WAS VERY POLITE UNLIKE THE SALVAGE YARD BESIDE THEM WHO TREATED ME LIKE I WAS BOTHERING THEM BY STOPPING BY.

Went to Quality today for the first time where i met this guy named Puppy Dog. He is a salesman there (he was a character )and very helpful he located a drive shaft for me that I searched around the whole city for they seemed to be very organized. Also I cant forget about Clint he made sure that I got the right driveshaft he went over and beyond... I will be back

I cannot recommend these guys, ordered an engine supposed to have warranty , installed the engine to find lifter noise. Called about warranty issue only to be told they would do nothing about it. A warranty is only as good as the company offering it.

Called to inquire about a part for my motorcycle. They didnt have the exact bike. Before I could even ask if they had anything that may be compatible the man on the phone had already said thank you and hung up. Left me absolutely speechless.

Talked to Puppy dog at least 4 times to verify parts where correct and in stock. Drove 3hrs to find out no one had physically checked inventory, disappointing but they made it right by locating parts and having them shipped directly to me.

These guys are very helpful I encourage you to go here never went wrong every time I went to this establishment for a part but do read the signs when you come in and read the warranty on your part but I am happy with these guys
