The guy working at the desk tonight ALEX 12-5-16 didnt know what a 300zx is. If this is the kind of incompetence you will hire to work in your store I will be taking my buisness to oreilys or advanced. Are you telling me he dont know who makes a 300,350,370 z car? You have to be kidding he is in the wrong business. Does he know who makes a corrola or a Camry? Does he know who makes a f150?

Dale the evening manager has no customer courtesy and no customer service skills. He is very rude and needs to be DEMOTED and retrained about POLITENESS and CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. He needs to be trained as to how to juggle more than one balls and how to take care of more than one customers at the same time. He has a very SHORT TEMPER FUSE and Dale gets upset very soon.

I had a very bad experience here with my battery. I went through hell trying to get the damned thing, literally had my car at the BP across the street for a while, trying to actually use my Duralast warranty, was sweating the tow. Then I put the new battery in my car, got it around the street, then it went dead. YAY!
