Terrible customer service. On hold for 10 minutes before my call dropped. Called back placed on hold immediately for another 6. When someone got to the phone they seemed almost upset that I called. If you employees dont want to work there I know some people that will do the job with gratitude. Needless to say we went to auto zone after that call.

Great selection but the service is not so great. Found the parts I needed and then stood in line for 5 minutes while a guy and the person behind the counter talked. It didnt appear he was buying anything... just taking. I put the stuff down and went down the street. I guess they dont want money or business.

Every time they run a diagnostic test, they dont bother looking up the code and constantly say I have to Google it and find out what the results mean. Terrible customer service they act like their so miserable.
