The customer service at this place is a joke. I will never do business at this place again. There are 5 other Auto stores within 2 miles of this store. Do your self a favor and go to one of those stores. I purchased a battery for my lawn tracker late last fall (2015) because my battery had died. It was the last mow of the season - I wanted to do a last mulch of the leaves. After I was finished I turned off the mower and it would not start again - no charge. I assumed it was the alternator because the battery was new. I decided to wait until the spring to have it serviced. When I had someone come out to fix the mower in the spring - I was informed that it was a bad battery. They tested the alternator on the mower at it was working fine. I took the batter back to Advanced Auto and explained this to the clerk - he told me I was out of luck because they only have a 3 month warranty. He told me most places carry a 12 month warranty on that battery but they only did 3 months. I asked him if they could do anything for me - he said no. I asked again because they had obviously sold me a defective battery - he said he would charge it - I told him that you could not charge a defective battery. He said he had to do that first before they would do anything for me. He told me he would call me back that day. This was around noon. He did not call that day nor the next morning. I went to the store at 1:30 the next day. When I arrived the same clerk was working from the day before. I said to him, "you never called me". He replied that he was to busy to call me. He went and got the battery and said it was dead and that I needed to buy a new battery. At this point I looked at him and said "so you are not going to do anything for me even though you sold me a defective battery". Then another guy comes over (who I later found out was a supervisor) and yelled at me that I should have brought it back a year ago. The battery had only been purchased late fall - I believe in December or late November. I was shocked at the rudeness of this man. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he told me he was the supervisor and if I didnt like it to take my business elsewhere. I happily took to Koi auto and the service was great.

Need new store manager. I came for oil as I always use to buy there. Manager did not even know they out of stock for that oil. Promised call me next day. Guess what nobody called. So i called my self and asked if they received it. Guy on the phone has no clue what was on the truck. He said they dont have it and thats it. Did not offer to order. They careless. Going to different name for now. ...

The service here is complete trash!!! I walk in and all staff are on the phones playing around. When I ask for a staff member to help me with the directions for a filter I was purchasing he replies "we are not a auto shop" . Very rude staff . I do not recommend comming here.Il stick to spending my money at autozone .

This advance auto parts is not that good. The employees are complacent. They dont have an engine light tester for some reason. Its the auto parts store that I use if Im in a bind because it is close to home. I would rather go down the road if I am able.

So im 21. Single mother... my air went out... and they wouldnt even walk outside to show me where to charge it. When auto zone would. "You have to have a shop do that" really? No u dont. Stick to autozone people. Terrible customer service.

You pretty much know what you are going to get at Advance Auto Parts. It was not the biggest, best, or cleanest one that I have been to, but they had a pretty good selection of things and I would go back.
