This place is just AWFUL! PLEASE STAY AWAY!! After my hellish experience here today I remembered Audreys review (below) and it all made sense. When I came in they asked me if I had been to other bridal shops. I told them yes. I had been to Anya, Bride Beautiful, and 2 different Davids Bridals. I literally spelled out every bride shop I had been to for them. I had my measurements taken at each and every single store told me I needed a size 10 to 12 in dresses. The so called owner-manager here told me to turn around so she could look at my back. After taking 2 seconds to look me over she decided I was a 12-14. Ok, fine. Just let me look at the dresses and I will decide what works best for me. My friend and I picked 6 dresses we liked and I went to the back to try them on. The first thing I noticed about the dresses were that more than a few of them were down right dirty. I mean literally BLACK at the bottom and at the stitching parts of the dresses. One dresses even had a hole torn in the mesh. The first dress I tried on was ok. When I got to the second dress Kathy (one of the sales people here) made a half attempt at grabbing the zipper (she literally didnt even try to zip it) and stated loudly "oh, this one will never work." She literally felt my but through the fabric and realized I actually had a butt and decided she wasnt going to try and zip me up. Seriously? Its a size 12. I have gone to several other stores and tried on sample size 8s that fit. Nevertheless, I kept my cool and just looked at her. She then says "oh, you need a size 16." My mouth literally hit the floor. I know none of you can see me, but let me just tell you than I am nowhere near a size 16 not even in bridal world. Dont get me wrong, I am a woman of color so I am curvy, but still relatively small. I wear a size 6-8 in normal dress. I have a small waist and nice size hips. I also wear a size 36B in bras...So, Im literally nothing to write home about size wise. Just the fact that they took absolutely no measurements and attempted to fat shame me (even though Im far from fat) literally turned my stomach with this place and the workers. And it appears this is a common theme with this place. Just take a look at their other reviews! Theyre truly awful. The icing on the cake was that Kathy kept asking me personal questions about my education and career. After telling her that I had just completed my doctorate she kept making stupid comments like "you have a doctorate and you couldnt think of anything else to say but that sucks" (mind you, I was talking to one of my friends when I said it sucks that I couldnt find anything... not that its any of her business) and "I told my son that he should watch his grammar because it might keep him from getting a job." Well Ms. Kathy, I am a grown woman who has a great career and definitely not your son. It is totally rude of you to insult people in the way that you have insulted me. I will NEVER step foot in this place and I will encourage everyone I know to do the same. Please beware of this place if you are not in the mood for rude and condescending people.

THE CHEAP PRICES ARE NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BE WORTH, THE BAD SERVICE YOU GET WHEN YOURE NOT SATISFIED. I am so disappointed. Yesterday I bought a dress from Le Dress Boutique. I was there alone for 1 hour, and had no other opinions, but my own. When I got my feedback from my bridesmaids, who lives in a different time zone, I changed my mind. I went back there today, as soon as they opened. Not even 24 hours after I bought the dress, and they refused to take it back. I did not even take it out of the bag. Their policy “All purchase are final” gives them every legal right, but I thought that they as human beings and specially as a company, would care about satisfied customers. I certainly had higher hopes than this, because they were so friendly yesterday. Now I understand that it was just because, yesterday made them money. As soon as a customer is unpleased whit something, they turn their back. I have heard and read this from other customer reviews, that they don’t treat customer’s whit any dignity and yesterday I could not understand why, but today I certainly can. They could not care less about that they have ruined my wedding. As I said, I know they have the legal right to do this, but I thought they would have higher morals and humanity than what I encountered. I will never return there, that is one thing that is certain, and I recommend that you don’t as well, because as soon as you run into trouble, you will not get any help and they are definitely not as friendly anymore. They have a really bad business idea and a short-term thinking, and if they continue like this, they will soon run out of customers and regret mistakes like this. The cheap prices, are not even close to be worth, the bad service you get when you are unhappy with something.

Found my gorgeous wedding dress and had a great experience at Le Dress. I got engaged in December and am getting married in Atlanta this August and am not from here, so didnt really know where to start my search but knew that I needed to start shopping soon, especially if I was gong to have to order a dress. Lucky for me, my mom made a trip down from NY a few weekends ago and we made a trip to Le Dress on Saturday morning. The store was busy but not overly crowded (I had a spacious fitting room and use of the big mirror when I needed it), and the salesperson was very gracious and not pushy. I had been to a few other boutiques in the city and had a favorite one or two dresses I was considering to order, but was then able to try on several dresses at Le Dress (I am a size 6-8 real life, size 10 wedding dress). I didnt buy anything that day, but then thought about it for about 10 days and found myself always comparing other dresses to one I had seen at Le Dress. Lucky for me, it was still on the rack, and I worked with the owner, Linda, to bring it home with me! Linda guided me through the process of what I will need to do over the next several months in terms of alterations, and I could not be happier to have gotten a high-end dress at a more reasonable price from a local business. THANK YOU!

I reside in South America with my fiance but am currently visiting my parents here in Atlanta. I absolutely wanted my mother to be a part of the wedding dress shopping experience, so she had researched many bridal stores in hopes that I would find my perfect dress in the short amount of time I would be visiting. Before visiting Le Dress Boutique I visited one other bridal store and I was utterly unimpressed. The woman who helped us was extremely pushy and the selection was quite terrible. I began to worry that this would be a long process even though I am a decisive woman. HOWEVER, when I walked into Le Dress Boutique I was elated to find that they had an AMAZING selection of gorgeous gowns for many different budgets, were efficient in helping me try on gowns, gave me great advice on traveling with my gown back to South America, were diligent in keeping me in my price range, the opposite of pushy, and were delightful to chat with. Linda and Jay, thank you ladies for your assitance in finding my dream gown! It is gorgeous and I had that "wow, this is it" moment that I didnt think I would feel. I will absolutely recommend your boutique to any bride, even if they must hop on a plane to travel across the sea to check out your excelent selection!
