I love to shop here but they need to get their things together. Dont get me wrong but after my experience here ( riverdale , GA) couple of times, I think I would give it a 2 star. They place items in the wrong area/ with the wrong price tags. "We" as customers waste our time to pick what we wanted and in the end we could not get it because its the wrong item. We also asked the people who was stacking the fruits and veggies and they told me thats the item. ( example: the ads shows "Asian" pear and I could not find it. So, I asked the stacker dude and he showed me the Korean pear. I already know they are different but he insisted that it was the Asian pear when I told him its not. So, I got some and went to the cashier to pay for my stuff. I showed the ads to her first and she just gave me this disgusted look and said thats not Asian pear. I told her what the stacker showed me and she just gave me an attitude. Let me go ask my manager and I said its okay, I dont need the pear just continue. And she just went off anyways and come back and said this is Korean pear. [this is the part where I started to get aggravated but I didnt say anything]. I am the type of person who is easy going but shes just pushing my buttons when she keep saying I told you this is not Asian pear. ) I dont know if I should be angry at the stacker, the cashiers, or the store itself! They also have items on the pamphlet/ advertisements that doesnt end until a certain date. Example: today is 19th and the ads start 16 and doesnt end until 22nd. They ( as stackers) said 2-4items in their is ended already. Seriously!? Its the middle of the promotion week and you ran out? Isnt it deceiving customers and wasting customers time if they wanted certain things from that ads? Im just getting frustrated with the store and management.

Asked a cashier about a product whos price I wasnt sure about. Cashier sent me to "customer service". I put that in quotes because the young lady didnt care that I was a paying customer and she certainly offered no service. Anyway, they had a product that had the wrong price advertised. When I asked the young lady, she said she had no idea what product I was talking about. I volunteered to take a picture because GOD FORBID she walk around and see for herself what Im talking about! When I brought the picture, CLEARLY showing a product with a certain price....all she did was shrug and say that that wasnt the price. Couldnt even tell me what the proper price was! A Hispanic guy standing next to her told her the price was actually $10 MORE than what was posted. Didnt even bother to look me in the eyes and tell me himself. Next, I ask why the signage hadnt been changed if that wasnt the case....he rolled his eyes and walked to change the sign. I asked him whether or not they would honor the advertised price....he told me to ask the woman in customer service. Went back (third time talking to this rude woman) and asked her about honoring the price....she said that the guy I had asked was the department manager and he would have that answer. I told her that hes the one who sent me to her! Then she just said that they wouldnt honor it. No apologies. No empathy. No professionalism. Not sure if this is normal for them or not but I was extremely disappointed. And angry. What a disgusting way to treat a paying customer! Honor the prices you display!

Post from a white dude... Love this place. Asian market with everything. Fresh vegetables and fruits you wont find at major chain grocery stores. You want Asian sauces? Soy, fish, oyster, hoisin, chili, black bean you name it... there are aisles of sauces. Fresh fish cleaned right in front of you. Animal parts you can never find. Rows of rices and oodles of noodles. You can walk every aisle every time you go and find things you have never seen. If you get tired or hungry go to the north wall were Mrs Kim (always friendly) has a Chinese food restaurant inside the store. Tasty smokey fried rice you cant beat. Take your friends. Take a date. Take your time. You will love it. It is for everyone including white dudes that have had a sheltered life.

Its about our cashier Mike Ingram, He is very fast, accurate, listens to customers needs as he does his job. Most of all, his packaging skills were excellent. Ive been to most of Hmart stores, never seen a cashier who knows how to bag the items correct way. My wife was an x cashier for Hmart, she was very impressed by Mike the way he performed his duty. She thinks that all the cashiers at Hmart in general should learn from Mike about packaging and bagging the groceries. Mike is one of cashier who makes customers come back and shop again. I and my wife wish all the best for Mike years to come. Cheers!!!!!!!!! Thanks Ken

Disgusting customer service in the clothing section. I bought a pair of pants there just last week. I wore them out to run errands, when it started to rain. I noticed that where it got wet, the dye from the pants was staining my white shirt. So naturally I went to bring it back to exchange it, because I understand they do not do returns. As I was doing so, I explained what happened and was told I could not do an even exchange because the material got wet. The woman who sold me the product proceeded to state that I should not buy poor items when Im shopping & essentially it was my own fault. Will not be returning back.

Always wayyy to cold...but maybe thats how they keep stuff fresh...but then again there is always some sort of smell in there sooo idk.this is the closest Hmart near me so sometimes to get those unheard of ingredients my family and I have to go here, Ive been to many hmarts...I think they could do a lot better at this one. The employees working the areas cannot help with locating this so if you havent been their before it may be a lil difficult...but bring a jacket!! All seasons.
