I like everything about Publix and their customer service and selection of foods and drinks but when it comes to online ordering they are suffering. Eve online ordered at three different Publix all were bad experiences either they could not get the order correctly or they did not do the order at all. This morning I ordered a sub at 12 so I can get it on lunch. It was a Philly steak and cheese and its supposed to be hot. But when I took it back to my job and open it up it was Stone Cold. On the ticket it says it was made at 11 oclock. Im sorry but I online order because I dont want to stay in line but yet I want the same quality as if I was sitting there ordering it from one of their employees. This is not acceptable public Behavior and they need to improve on the online ordering.

This used to be the absolute greatest grocery store. The fresh produce has gone downhill since the fuel crisis. And now since the financial crisis, the produce selection has been reduced and looks old. I can no longer count on a fresh vegetable or herb being there. So, if I have a new recipe that requires certain ingredients, I have to shop at the local Super Kroger. It pains me to say that because the Publix people are so helpful. The store is just the right size and is always clean.

I want to thank Carlton who checked me out yesterday around 4pm and the man who bagged my groceries. I was in such a hurry I did not get the mans name....even when he chased me out in the parking lot to return the credit card I had left on the counter in my haste. It made my day to have such friendly service and to know there are honest people working there who go the extra mile. Thank you both!

Anita in the bakery delivered a beautiful wedding cake for our daughter!!!! The flowers created were gorgeous & the cassata torte cake was delicious, to say the least!! This is one of the older, smaller stores. They are very helpful and well organized. I particularly like the meat department because it is glass lined with a full view of their operation. Watch them prepare your special requests and pick out your premium cuts in the display case.

I love the Publix shopping experience--the Aprons meals have saved the day at my house. At this location the service is excellent and the store is clean and orderly. The fruit and vegetables are fresh and well-stocked. I highly recommend this store.

Dont get the sushi. I have goven them 3 chances. They leave it out for days. I was able to return it and get my money back. Otherwise the store is nice and well kept. They have unique items.
