Alpha Omegas

The little millennial kids that work in the deli are down right rude, watch out, as many others are saying about moldy bread here its true, deli chicken can be really slimmy too just throw it out thats bacteria! I believe this store pretends to save you a little money on so called fresh food by actually selling you expired or near expired foods, which explains why nothing keeps once you get it home or its mostly moldy or mushy already at the store, yeah, NO we wont be back youre just getting ripped off in the long run and thats how they make their money,selling you old food and calling it fresh thyme!

I just had my second bad experience with Fresh Thyme. The first was a loaf of bread that was molded through once I opened the package a day after buying it. That time they quickly apologized and refunded the purchase. Today I found a rock in the salad I was eating from the salad bar. I called to tell the manager and they didnt even apologize. They simply said "thanks for letting us know, well tell the bakery." I wont shop there again and I highly encourage others to check their purchases thoroughly.

I like Fresh Thyme but I really dont think I will shop there often. They run GREAT specials. Like $1 pinapples or $0.99/lb honeycrisp apples. Overall their prices are decent. Organic stuff seems a little high but they have a big selection. I think this is a good place for produce, but not much else for me. And really other than the specials Krogers has almost everything for about the same price or less.

The Fresh Thyme market on Alamo Ave, in Cincinnati is a very good market to shop at. Staff is very friendly and they have good produce and a large selection of herbal products. They also have a lot of organic foods as well. Please go and check out the store and judge for yourself. Dont listen to the haters who claim staff arent friendly and that they have bad food. Absurd to say such a thing.

Assistant Manager Cassandra in the supplements section was the most amazing and informational. With a background in nursing she is so knowledgeable. The friendliest. They stock supplement brands I normally buy from an overpriced health food store. Prices amazing. Natural cosmetics too. This is the place to shop if you suffer from environmental illnesses like MCS. Cashier was equally nice.

Just love this place! Go on Wednesday to take advantage of their double-deals. Both sale circulars are honored on Wednesdays. Make sure you download the app and load your digital coupons. The customer service experience is always exceptional. The staff actually seem to really enjoy their jobs. Produce is always fresh. Deli is always ready to accommodate specific needs and tastes.

My first time going and I thought it was pretty great! The thing that stuck out the most was the size of the store. It seemed like the perfect size. Big enough that it had all your essentials, but small enough that you won’t get lost and frustrated. At the checkout I was given a magazine of coupons and told that they had an app. Two pluses from me!

Very nice, helpfull. Nice sale on shrimp. Will not go to fresh market anymore,they are very expensive. You are both in my neighborhood and I will go to you from now on. Send me some coupons, I will spread the word about you. I deal with at least 200 hundred people each day in sales with a major food distribution outfit. In cincy.

The staff was friendly, the store was clean and everything was very reasonably priced. I purchased a very large roast, three boneless skinless chicken thighs, a pound of beef, mushrooms, carrots and maybe a few other items and everything came out to be about $25... Excellent value and quality!

They have great weekly specials which overlap on Wed. e Excellent meats A QUALITY way above local grocers. Highly recommend shopping here. And they are right next to a dollar tree. Buy my cheap items there then come in and get my quality stuff here. Heck yeah

Pretty terrible customer service. I felt rushed with the butcher (even with the store being completely empty) and after waiting for an employee to finish her gossipy conversation with another employee, wasnt greeted or talked to during my checkout.

They generally have a good selection of produce and meats, organic and otherwise, at better deals and quality than the big box stores. Not the best place to find non-perishables like youd expect from a big grocery, but a great place to shop.
