Bakery Only giving a star cause it doesnt allow me to give 0 stars. Do not try ordering a cake from the bakery. I chose a cake from their book, and we discussed all details and everything was written down correctly. It was a first birthday cake in shape of a number one. Again something in their book. I placed the order 3 weeks in advance for an 1130 am pickup as our party started at 1pm. I went to pick up my cake at 1130 and was told that it would be 10 more minutes until it was ready. I then glanced at the cake they were making for me and it was not at all the cake I ordered from their book. It was a rectangular sheet cake not a number one shaped cake. Once I said something she then proceeded to cut the existing cake into a number one scrapping off the icing because it was the wrong icing. At that point I told the manager that it wasnt what I ordered and would not be done on time, to which he said he wouldnt charge me and fix it in the next 45 minutes. I left frustrated and started to contemplated on not coming back for the cake because they were cutting corners and not making the cake I asked for. 45 minutes later my wife called to see if the cake was actually ready and they told her that yes it was done that they were working on finishing the design. To which she expressed her frustration on how did this have happened and what to do so that it wouldnt happen in the future. They said that it was a mistake but then that it was my fault because I told them the wrong cake. The order form clearly had the right information on it and now they were blaming me for their error. Needless to say we did not return for the cake as we were already late for our own party. So just when you think its bad and done we received a call at 550 pm (party was at 1230pm) when all our guests had left, from the bakery stating that they had done the cake from scratch and that it was beautiful and how we wanted it (the lady on the phone was actually very nice and pleasant) I appreciated the follow up but the day damage was already done. We didnt have the cake for our daughters first birthday and the lack luster customer service left a bad impression.

This store has always felt like a sub-par Publix. However, these past few months the store has gotten even worse. I placed a deli order at 5:28PM yesterday to be ready at 6:00PM the same day. The order tickets print down by the sub station. At 6:30PM my order still wasnt ready. To be fair, there was only one person actively working the counter. None the less, that is a management and staffing issue that is a regular issue here. Then the people stocking the dry goods aisles were incredibly rude and unpleasant. I asked one of them twice to move his cart so I could get to the items I needed. He made eye contact with me both times, but refused to help. Its interesting, because I dont shop at Walmart due to their poor customer service and inconveniencing stocking practices. The person bagging my groceries was completely distracted by some man who stopped by to see her. She literally quit bagging my items to talk to him about what I will only describe as a conversation that was too personal for a customer to overhear, or really anyone else for that matter. Then she rushed to finish bagging my items, and put my raw meat with my cheese, my bread items with non perishables, and split three of my bags without caring enough to re-bag them. The only plus is that the man who works the meat counter is always pleasant and willing to help. I will be reconsidering where I shop. Yesterdays experience was a culmination of what has been going on at this store since the beginning of the year.

I asked the manager to please stock "Hansens" Soda (Diet and regular). I gave them an empty Hansen can for the barcode. After 3 weeks, I came back for a follow up.... NOTHING. I retried 3 times over a year, Hansens soda is STILL not available at that store. Its available at Krogers next to Walmart. Hansens is a hard to find item. Publix is nice, and Krogers is "ooookkkK" BUT they sell Hansens!

The store itself is nice, but it definitely lacks in the deli/prepared food sections. I have been there SEVERAL times and they NEVER have Mardi Gras wings, Orange Chicken wings, nor the full roasted chickens. These are typically STANDARD findings (in every other Publix in the US). They need to do better--a lot better!

There was a worker named Betty and she was extremely rude and she was having trouble with the cash register and I asked if she needed help she said she did but that she wouldnt ask for any.so she just making more time to cash my stuff Im always there and never find this kind of people working there

The sushi here is excellent and can be made fresh to order most of the day. My wife and I have carried it out several times with good luck. Also, the sushi chefs that prepare the sushi for you are very very polite, nice, and friendly. Thumbs up to Publix!!!

The prices here are higher...sometimes higher than other Publix stores...but I go out of my way to shop here and have been shopping here since they opened. The customer service is always first class and the store is spotless and neatly ordered at all times.

I cannot imagine not have that store in our area, everyone is pleasant and in that industry it is hard to keep good employees! Always enjoy shopping there! Given the space constraints I think they do a great job at keeping the choices pleantiful!! Go Publix

This was my local Publix for several years till I moved. It gets stupid busy on Sundays so beware! The customer service is really really good my only problem is that they dont carry some items that can be hard to find like royal golden syrup.

Miss the old manager John, newest team of management is ice cold, and not very friendly to customers who have been shopping there for years. I will take my business elsewhere, drive further for better service.

Shopping WAS often a pleasure here, until I was rushed out of the restroom 30 minutes before closing, because the cleaning lady was ready to go home. Embarrassing!! Ill go out of my way to shop elsewhere.

This Publix needs work. ..stocking is all off ... they never have two things that match ! ...who doesnt have hot cheetos? ...if they are out of something they fill in the space with something u dont want #

Clean well stocked store. Improvement needed in deli and ready made foods with better trained help. No real customer service in these areas. Cashiers wonderful!

This Publix has some of the best smelling Chitlins around and there are only 4 tin foil birthday balloons stuck to the ceiling. 5 thumbs up Pubics!
