Every time i have called this store ahead to ask a question, check availability i cannot get past the receptionist. I dont know (and i dont really care) if they are understaffed, etc. Today was the last straw for me, i called to check the availability of a Milwaukee circular saw (an item that is well worth $100), got to talk to the lady employee at the tool department who obviously had problems being able to jot down the information i was giving her. she said hold on, and never came back to the phone. Then i get the operator again, she transfers me to the tool department again, i hear woman pick up , and hang up on me. This hanging up has happened many times, but today i decided to write a review. If you want your time wasted, by all means call this store. I always call ahead to check for product availability after the website tells me the product is in stock. I asked to speak to the store manager, and he didnt pick up. This is absurd, ridiculous. In this financial downturn the home depot is turning away business. So be it, Lowes, ace, true value will get my business from now on.

This is the worst Home Depot my husband and I have ever been to. I would give it zero stars if that were an option. We just bought a house and we decided to go through Home Depot using their services and their credit deal. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen, and they take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to even help you. Their supplies are always understocked. They didnt finish our carpeting and instead of coming back to finish for free they wanted to charge us even more for a job that should have been done in the first place! We had to set it up 3 separate times for them to come do the insulation in our attics and they were a no show every time. Do yourself a favor and dont go to this Home Depot.

I agree with iWanda -- help is hard to find, but usually when you actually find someone, they are knowledgeable about what youre looking for (but Ive had a few times where they were not). They take awhile to answer the phone, but when they answer they are pretty helpful. I think theyre either short-staffed or poorly managed, but since the location is so close to where I live I put up with it! Ive also noticed the flowers dont look so hot in the garden section.

I was looking to purchase a lawnmower on Tues,4/25. There was one marked down in front of the store. An employee,Chris, helped me out, offering to get it started. I decided to just purchase one inside at the regular price. Another customer was giving him a hard time,and was very rude to Chris.Totally uncalled for. If I ever need help with another major purchase, I will ask for Chris to assist me. THANK YOU for your help.

terrible experience... tried to self checkout and person grabbed my items without asking and checked me out without letting me do it my self let alone considering the warranty plans... felt as if I was being treated like a criminal, ( my wife did not find it amusing either being a frequent shopper) will take my business ELSE WERE!!!!

The customer service from the Pro desk at this location is always superior. Robert, Greg and River always take good care of us and make sure that specific discounts are applied to our accounts, as Sundry Waterproofing shops there daily. We are more than happy with the performance of this location.

The product they sell are same product you can find at Sears or lows. Important is knowledgeable staff which they dont have. Also delivery of the product is ridiculous. I had bad experience with my washer and dryer purchase. I will not return here nor recommend this place to anyone.

I rent a Gas Concrete Mixer at this location, that doesnt work properly is not strong enough you can only mix 2 bags, and it shuts down. Managers only tested with water, you need to test it with the concrete. They dont really care. Be aware

Had checked availability & prices of lighted ceiling fans on a Home Depot email on my computer. Saw 2 choice possibilities of Hampton Bay to get, w/a $15. or $20. difference in prices. I decided to get the lesser price item of about $30.

Stopped for a quick buy. Done shopping and went outside. Found out that someone cut the chain on my leaf blower and took it. I asked customer service to check the video camera on the pole. They told me the video camera doesnt work.

Ive asked for help in flooring on two different visits, but the staff never showed when paged. Its also frustrating that the store does not have call buttons like at Lowes. That means a lot of walking to find help.
