I took a package for them to ship, the contents weighted a total of 5 pounds (shoes in a box). I printed my label for shipping on location from my online account and assumed they would handle the packaging. Total cost was $9 for shipping and $12 for the box (23x17x7 in). The box I was quoted was not in the store at the moment and the rep was trying to sell me on a bigger box, I declined as he says he would get the right box from another location. As I reviewed my final invoice, the package shipped weighted a total of 41 pounds! I suppose the representatives at the location felt they could use a bigger box than the one I was quoted (whatever happened to getting the right size box?), instead they used the next size box (20x27x? in) and added an additional 35 pounds to my shipment. Total shipping ended up being $19.95 and $12 for the box (which I came to find out about through my online invoice). Word of caution, do not purchase boxes at Fedex, they are overpriced and never do the mistake I did of assuming that the representatives will his job right. I called Fedex to complain and there is a statement in the label that I printed that says, "subject to adjustments/change", meaning if the store representative decides to use another size box, I will be charged more. Seriously, 35 additional pounds on a 5 pound shipment?

Stopped here for an impromptu attempt to print out my resume for a job interview. "Tyler" was very professional and even read my mind after realizing I didnt ask for resume stock paper for my prints. He had already done it for me. He also offered me several types of folders for my resume. The facility was very clean and quiet. I highly recommend this location and hope FEDEX keeps up the good work with their customer service. BTW, I stopped here because of the google reviews in the first place.

They dont know what they are doing. Got on the computer to print somethings and the paper came out blank. The guy working behind the counter urged me to try again, insisting hed reimburse me, only to be later inform he didnt know how to reimburse me. $14 bucks gone and I didnt even get the prints I needed.

I LOVE this location! I always get the most professional service. They go way above and beyond to help me out. I went to a different one in Duluth once and was totally let down. Goes to show that its the people that the location great.

This is probably the best FedEx location I have been to. I am not used to customer service at postal services but these guys were great. The staff were very helpful and courteous.
