The prices were very reasonable. However, the service was poor. I called and asked about a service, was amazed at the price it would be. I was told to email the document in and that it would be ready in an hour. I sent the document and told the receptionist that I would be in the next day to pick it up. When I came to pick it up the next day, I was told that my document didnt come in. A minute later, the receptionist said "oh no, I did get it." I understand a small mistake, but I wasnt offered a discount or store credit. Not even an apology for overlooking the email. Good prices and product, but the service could use some improvement.
