This store upgraded the wrong line of service on my account. They took a line of service on my account with no contract and put it on a lease even though I had not purchased a phone. I brought it to their attention immediately and they where nice enough to reverse that transaction. It took over an hour for that however. Since then, I have found out that the store reversed the lease on the line of service in question and instead put it on a new 2 year contract. I was also charged a $36 activation fee. I have spent 3 hours dealing with this today and I am fed up. The store has offered no apology and It will be a cold day before I ever buy from this store again.

Absolutely useless. I have had several issues with my phone and they have not helped with them at all. Its bad enough that the service from Sprint is horrible but then having to deal with these wastes of oxygen is just adding insult to injury. Do yourself a favor, dont sign up with Sprint, so you can actually complete and receive calls and the best part? You avoid dealing with these guys who deign themselves to "help" you. Truly you dont want to interrupt their brilliant, intellectual conversations(sarcasm in case that was missed) with wanting them to do their job. Whatever was I thinking?

I had a great experience at this location. Kelly Jordan in training and the store manager (Keith I believe) was a great help. I walked in needing help with my daughters iphone which would not come out of connect to iTunes screen and not only were they able to get the device out of the connect to iTunes Screen but they also got us mobile Internet for our car right in time for vacation. If you need mobile Internet, go speak to these guys. Awesome experience!!

RUN AWAY FROM THIS STORE. Immediately was treated with great disrespect, i was very calm and not hostel. I have been with sprint for 11 yrs and was planning on signing another 2yr contract. the manager was very rude and short and she said i could not sign a contract(even tho i am eligible according to sprints customer service) , and if i wanted to walk out of the store with a phone it would be $700 plus. worst experience i have ever had with sprint.

This store is to be avoided if humanly possible. The manager ordered me to leave when I came in with the 4th consecutive defective device. Yes, I admit that I was hostile, but NOT before the inept clerk asked me questions that I had answered in my original complaint. The clerk and I had been through the same issues before, so he already knew the answers.

I purchased a galaxy s6 in December of 2015 during the samsung Tv promotion. Samsung has refused to give me the free Tv even though I have proof I purchased the phone & registered within the required timeframe, the store would not do anything to assist me, my next phone will be an I phone with a different carrier.

Great customer service took to a corporate store and they turned us away they took all day working with sprint, our phone was 3 days out of the 14 day exchange and got us a new phone that day!!! Couldnt say anything better then five stars

The clerk at the service desk told me I had to go to a T-MOBILE store to get my SPRINT 5S unlocked. Phone is out of contract, out of an account, completely free and fully paid off. Terrible service. God awful place and location.
