I have been sorely disappointed with this tractor supply location for the last couple of weeks. My husband and I switched our dogs food to Earth Born Coastal Catch holistic food. Tractor supply WAS THE ONLY place that carried it locally. They always had atleast one 28lb bag, which is what we buy. Lately they have had a POOR selection of dog food in general. Their shelves have been bare the last several times Ive gone in to purchase. There was one time I was offered a "rain check" for this food, the employee that was helping me walked from counter to counter trying to figure out where and how to write me a rain check. She then proceeded to make me stand there and wait while she logged onto a register and check out other customers, WHILE I WAS STILL STANDING THERE WAITING!! She attempted to pass me off to another employee, and then when I told her to forget the rain check SHE GOT MAD AT ME! Today, my husband and I went in looking for dog food and a western hat. 1) there were barely any western hats and they had none in the back, and we had to walk the ENTIRE store looking for an employee. 2) once again their dog food shelves were mostly bare. I used to enjoy shopping at this location, I loved that they had the dog food we feed our "fur kids". Our German Shepherd was having skin issues before we switched her to Earth Born. Its done wonders for her skin. But now I have no idea where Im going to get her food. Sad to say but this tractor supply location has LOST our business. I will NEVER shop at this location again.

This store is great for certain items, for instance: We buy our dogfood here, as the Tractor Supply brand is very healthy for the dogs. We bring our propane tanks here to get filled, as it is much cheaper to fill them than change them out, also you can see that you are actually getting a full tank. Their selection of bolts and hardware is really good. Some of their stock is on the pricey side and they do not give military discount like Home Depot or a Lowes does.

Ive never had a bad experience at the Tractor Supply in Dallas Ga. But the service I received today was EXCELLENT. A guy named CowBOy made sure that I got exactly what I needed. He took the time help me. Its a very rare thing to go in a store and have someone treat you like you and your needs matter. I cant remember the last time I was treated that way. Best experience Ive had in any store in a long time.

Great location, clean store, helpful employees, they have numerous supplies for farm animals and equipment. Plus shirts jackets, jeans, boots, all kinds of western wear for all the family. All types of lawn equipment, riding lawnmowers, pet supplies, food, and even baby chicks. A fun place to shop. All kinds of animal feed.. Community involvement.

Great TSC location with very helpful and friendly staff. Down home--honest and hard working group of people here, who treat their customers like friends and family. I enjoy visiting them and always feel I get an honest answer when I ask a question, usually with a bit of humor thrown in which makes me want to go back! Love them!

Store was messy, random boxes in the middle of aisles. Item I was there for was shown as in stock, but none on shelf. Clerk stated it must be on the truck, but since he didnt know what the box looked like, he couldnt tell me when it would be unloaded. Not understanding his statement, I left.

Seems they cannot keep pet food in stock. I have been in this store several times and often leave without all I came for. Today was no exception with 3 of the items out of stock. Also, with 8 customers waiting at checkout, youd think theyd have a plan to get another register open.

Great alternative to buying pet food in Hiram. When I finally receive service its always top notch. They are consistently understaffed for a small yet busy store. The church organizations that are constantly cornering me asking for donations is becoming rather annoying.

There were 10 people waiting in line and the girl with the long hair ( not the one from California ) was giving a man directions and I asked if her line was open. She was very rude! Other than her and the line, my experience was good.

Went in looking for a tube for a tractor. Couldnt find any employees to help. When I finally found the tubes. It was a joke of a selection. At tractor supply you would think I could get a tractor tire tube

tractor supply is probably one of my more favorite stores. i get all my horse and dog supplies here. the people are nice and the service is great. i absolutely love the easter chicks.

It honestly sucked. I saw 4 people standing around.1 check out open .then there was nobody to be found. I was there for over an hour.They took my money and disappeared.

Everything I came for was available. The name tells you where you are so dont think youre going to Home Depot or Lowes.
