I would have to agree with the many reviews listed here. I went to this location to mail off a letter...simple enough. When it was time to pay, I pulled out my credit card and was greeted with, "Are you kidding me?" I say greeted because there was never a word uttered by the ower up to this point. I was so caught off gaurd that I assumed maybe I missed something that he said and was joking about. Chuckling I asked, "What do you mean?" He then stated that it would cost him more to run my card than the cost to mail the letter. There was no signage indicating a minimum cost; however, my issue was he was serious in his response. At this point, I had cash in the car at which I refused to make the effort and retrieve. Nothing was said and he literally threw my envelope to the corner and took the next customer. Never acknowledged what would happen to the letter. Mind you, the only phrase spoken by me was asking him what he meant by his initial comment. I was blown away by what was far from a warranted experience. Since I knew at that point I was not going to provide the store with my service, I asked for the letter. His response was that he would just take the loss. I asked again stating I could take the envelope elsewhere. He then mumbled "I said dont worry about it." After leaving, I immediately reported this experience and behavior to the UPS corporate office.

I was in NYC and had a packaged shipped overnight to me for next business day morning by 8:30 AM. When it did not arrive, I had to place two calls to this Newnan store. First, they could not find any record of it. Finally, when they did, they were not helpful at all. They would not even try to trace it through the UPS system, make a phone call to UPS, absolutely nothing. It was my problem. I spent five more phone calls to UPS itself who kept telling me it was out for delivery. I finally got the package at 3 PM. They tried to hide behind a three-day old weather report. They charged me $100 for this expedited delivery. When I called UPS for a refund for non-delivery, at least the $75 surcharge, UPS said this store would have to refund it. They refused. Said it was not their problem. Did they really mark it for NBD 8:30 AM or did they just charge me and take my money? It is obvious they care nothing at all about their customers. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!

Absolutely terrible. Spoke with a gentleman on Saturday the 26th to let them know I would not be home for a delivery that would take place a few days later. Explained to them that I would like the item held at the location so that I may pick up when available. The guy assured me it wouldnt be an issue and that UPS would not deliver unless someone was home. I then explained that that is not always the case and asked if I needed to provide him any information so they could hold it. He again reassured me I didnt need to worry. Well guess what? The package was in fact delivered when I was not home. I can see why this location is rated so terribly.

I have never had worse customer service in all my life. I have dropped packages off many times, the staff seems nice but constantly changes because the store manager is a very unfriendly not to say downright rude and arrogant person. Made me wait in line for 20 minutes and after I kindly asked may I just drop this off Im kind of in a hurry he snapped at me well if youre in a hurry you should have gotten here earlier. I will rather drive to the other side of town and take my business to the next store but will never ever visit this store again. I am looking up ups to make sure they know what people tgey employ in store manager positions.

I called to inquire about UPS Store box office services. The owner was rude and exasperated at my simple questions. He told me to call later, that he didnt have time to answer my questions because he had customers. I told him I was also a potential customer and deserved the same respect. I told him to never mind and that I would take my business somewhere else. This is not the first time this happens. I have been to this store and this man has been very rude in person, as well. I would stay away from this store for poor customer service. This is not the way to do business. Very unprofessional.

I needed a couple of packages sent via UPS. Originally, I was very nervous about going to this store due to the reviews. However, I decided to give them a chance. I am glad I did. The staff was very professional and helpful. I quizzed them on their services and they provided me with the information. There was no confusion or rudeness. I watched them as they helped other customers and, at no time, did I see any evidence of rudeness or acting unprofessional. I had a very positive experience and will use them again in the future for my packaging and shipping needs.

Worst store I have ever been to. Paid $27.07 to get a package overnighted to my office - critically important for delivery Friday, dropped it off at 1:00pm, and they didnt send it out Thursday, in fact it wont arrive till Monday! I could have walked the package there myself by then! Then they tried to blame me, refused to return my money and said only a manager or owner could help me and neither worked weekends nor would they attempt to contact them for me! Man working said he was just a part timer.

I went in to have a letter weighed to be sure one stamp would be enough postage. It was slightly over the weight limit so I said okay, I will just buy another stamp. The lady said it would be 80 cents. I said stamps are now 80 cents? She said we have to charge more because we arent the post office. Really? 80 cents for a 48 cent stamp. It cost almost double. I wont be going back.

I have had a box for years. I send a variety of projects including copying (paper and media), printing, etc. The staff is professional and prompt. The prices are very fair. I have referred numerous friends and will continue to refer to this store.

Was there sept 3, girls were very helpful. Had a large item to return and they were quite helpful in every way. Even helped us contact company for a return label. Store was steady and everyone was in and out. thank you for all the help!

Very disappointed with this store. The clerks computer was incapable of processing the Cogent Fingerprinting, and the clerk didnt seem to care that it wouldnt work. Dont use this store for this service.
