I enjoy shopping at this mall because its fairly quiet whenever I go. The reason for this, unfortunately, is that many of the stores that once anchored this mall have moved out. There are now only a limited selection of stores left, but they do have the items that I want. Fortunately, H&M is coming to the mall, which should bring a bit of life to it, but you can see that this mall is only a shell of its former self. Sad.

Need better stores. When I was younger I used to love going there that are okay and better stores nowadays there are stores but theres not really any good stores and her to go. I drove to Sugarloaf Mills which is in Gwinnett County and I lived in Jonesboro just to go to a better mall and some time Cumberland in Cobb County. They need to improve or officially go out of business either or I dont care

I visited this mall today for the first time, after reading up on the mall, and expected to see a mall that was fading, but was pleasantly shocked to see a nice, surburban, diverse mall, offering something for everyone, and also the two new additions coming ( H&M, F21 Red). Southlake is one of only two malls in South Atlanta, and is still going strong after all these years.

I enjoyed this BUT JOURNEYS SHOE STORE WAS VERY RUDE TO MY NIECE, THE LADY WORKING BEHIND THE COUNTER TOLD HER WE SELL SHOES HERE NOT GIVE OUT CANDY. THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN SMART ENOUGH TO PUT A SIGN LIKE THE REST OF STORES, THAT THEY WERENT GOING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE HALLOWEEN EVENT. But other then that everything was nice and fun.

Went there to get my nails done & ling ling acted like she could not understand a thing understand a thing I said she did whatever pattern she wanted not what I told her but she sure understood how to swipe my card smh I only gave that extra star cuz the other ling ling that massaged my feet had dem good hands like allstate

The mall is starting to look like it is going to have more fashionable stores. But the cost of clothing in the sales in the stores are still quite High do to renting spaces in this mall the cost of renting space in the mall is quite high so the price of clothing is also going to be high as well as other items of sales.

Good stores but too much construction, one whole side of the upstairs is closed. Also, the A.C. in the units were not functioning well. All of the stores had a bunch of fans blowing in the struggle to keep their units cool. [In their defense the closed area is construction on a new huge H&M store so it is necessary]

Ive always had a great experience at this mall. Many of the stores are great and have good deals. I wish they had not taken out the popular restaurants where you could sit and eat like back in the day, like Ruby Tuesdays and Chilis. I know they moved them down the street, but I also enjoyed them in the mall.

I went to the VisionWorks eye glass to get prescription filled he told me with my insurance it will cost me almost 400.00 copay I told him I will be able to do that ,be very careful when they ask you is this your first time coming there,so I left an went somewhere else an my copay was less than 50.00

Only mall I go to on the Southwside. My favorite barber happens to work at a shop located in here and Id highly recommend him to anyone. Plus not to mention Im obsessed with the cinnamon rolls from Cinnabon and this is one of the very few places in the south that I can quench my desires at lol

Visited for the 1st time yesterday. My daughter and I had a pleasant time. Looks like theres been a lot of updating done & more stores are on the way in soon. Plenty of vacancy but it looks like theyre working on filling it up with stores. Should be a really nice spot if they can do that.

Pure disappointment! 12 yrs. ago up to maybe 3 years ago- decent...now its just awful customer service in nearly every store. And the mall Mgmt does NOTHING to appease the customer in any way. Dont bother trying to get justice for horrible and unfair treatment. They just dont care.

Not a luxury mall, but meets basic needs. It doesnt have high end stores, but has basics like Macys, Victorias Secret, Bath & Body and H&M. I believe the only other anchor store is Sears. I dont know if there is a parking garage, but there is obviously lot parking.

Getto mall the hottopic has hardly any offbeat items most are out of stock most clothing stores have cheap and by that i dont mean good sales cloths that dont last. Macys takes forever for help and everytime someone i knows goes to the food cort they get sick

This mall doesnt have a lot of anchor stores. It has Macys and Sears. I dont really like this mall because there arent many stores that I like to shop at. The mall is kept clean and the Food Court is decent. I hope more stores will come.

Good mall if youre looking for something specific in one of the few stores it has. But, most hard to find sizes stay in stock for clothing and shoes. Food court is pointless, but there are plenty of good places to eat in the area.

Its not great but its not totally horrible. Its okay for what they offer. Southlake is affordable but not much to choose from. I usually go here to complete an outfit or find those last minute outfits without breaking the bank.

This mall has totally took a turn down hill due to its limited variety of shops. There are a million shops in this mall that sale the same products. I really look forward to H&M opening soon to give it a fresh and new element!

Its a nice mall, plenty of stores to shop in. The Food Court is diverse enough but not enough healthy choices. Its a very quiet mall during the week days and Ive not been here during a weekend so I have to try coming back.

This mall doesnt have any good stores besides Macys. This mall has a great location but unfortunately doesnt have the popular stores to make it a hotspot. More stores need to bring their franchises to the Morrow, GA area!

10 years ago this mall was really nice. Now its only good for indoor walking. I honestly dont see why this mall is still open. It has become nothing more than a glorified flea market (with an attached convention center).

The Mall is good but sears within this mall is not good had to wait four weeks for a replacement for my weed eater and they still didnt have it in stock and gave me the floor model dont buy lawn equipment from this place

This was a decent mall in the 80s and 90s but the new millennium has not been kind. Major retail outlets have pulled out and left empty spaces that have been closed off. I only go there when I absolutely have to now.

Sad to say it but this mall is on the way out, have visited this mall throughout the years and watched its downfall. With that being said for now they still have some quality stores, but I dont recommend this mall
