This is a good mall. Other then the Greene, probably the best around. Arguably better then the Greene because it has more variety and options in the kind of stores they have. My biggest compliment for this place is the food in the food court is usually good. With a lot of options. My brother works here as the GM of Subway. He used to work at the Subway location at the Dayton mall and their food service is no where near as sanitary. In fact the Dayton Mall has cockroaches. Vast store options, good food options and usually busy with people minding their own business. Most stores have good customer service. Its usually clean and is very roomy. My two complaints are sometimes in the summer it is super packed with teenagers and college students because of break and the fact that there arent a lot staircases to get between the second and first floors, which is important for older folk or people who just dont want to walk halfway across the mall to get to a staircase. Sometimes to walk back the same direction you came from to get to a store that was right under you.

Black Friday shopping the electric went off and flickered in three stores. We were kicked out of Spencers because of loss of electricity, hands full with items to purchase we had to put down. Different stores left security sensors on our items and set the alarm off when we went into a different stores. We stopped in Abercrombie and Fitch where it went off and the door guy asked to see our receipt and items from the other stores but then said said he couldnt deactivate it?!! I never felt more humiliated. Understand it was busy, but not in the places we were at, and most of the workers were young kids. Its all different companies but as a whole on black Friday, it left a reflection to the mall itself that wasnt pleasant.

Great! Tons of stores, multi level, a huge assortment of restaurants and movie theater. They have a ton of parking and the lot is actually in good shape. In addition to the permanent stores they have a good variety of kiosks set up through out. The traffic around the area can be quite heavy, more so during your typical rush hours. The mall is also very near to Wright State University and the Nutter Center. Outside of the mall, within a mile each direction is basically any store or restaurant you could want to visit. Look out at Christmas time ..yikes!! Between dining out, work travelers, Santa visitors and shoppers the are because quite congested!

Theres so much to do and every kind of food place near by. The parking is easy to navigate and the location maps easy to find. I also liked that if I had my GPS on that my phone could see a lot of the shops on the map, which helped out with finding which entrance to Park at when I needed just one shop and didnt want to walk the whole mall. Most of the time on maps its just a big square that says "mall". I am sad that Max & Ermas restaurant is closing there by the water, we love going there. I heard its turning into another pizza joint, which theresalready tons of. Now youll have to go to Miller Lane if you want Max & Ermas.

In the last few years there has been a lot of investment in cleaning this mall up and adding new places. The mall is clean on the inside and has anchor stores like Sears, Macys, JCPennys and Dicks Sporting Goods. There is a food court here. On the outside there are restaurants such as Red Robin, The Fox and Hound Pub, Chuys, Max & Ermas, etc. Don Pablos is unfortunately closed. A Starbucks just opened, although dont recommend it for getting coffee if youre driving by on the interstate.

Not much there to draw people over 40...all geared toward younger crowd. HATE what theyve done to the parking in the front of the mall with adding the restaurants out front, makes parking a nightmare. Realize theyre trying to keep up with The Greene and maybe it has helped bring new business in, which is what they need. The Elder Beerman store is pathetic, absolutely NOTHING there anymore and I used to find LOTS of clothes and bargains. Sears and J.C. Penney are still good stores.

The mall overall is in good condition including the parking. There are many empty storefronts but still plenty to shop including all 3 anchor stores still occupied at this time. Theyve done some small but noticable updates to the mall itself which keeps it looking tidy and modern. There were plenty of restaurant choices added recently that include fast casual and full service dining, in addition to the fast serve food court which has plenty to choose.

Average mall, below average shops. Ok to run in and get a quick gift, but the quality of the shops has gone down tremendously over the years. Yes lower prices on some things but also lower quality. Its sad to see malls go, this one needs some help. Within the mall there are a lot of empty shops. Upside in the past few months more and more mom and pop shops are showing up, hopefully this trend will continue. I think that might save the mall.

The Fairfield Commons Mall is definitely making a comeback, but after many of their department stores began to fail and even close they were forced to do a giant remodel, tearing down numerous stores and adding new restaurants. Their food court is average, but does have enough to cater to every want, lets just hope many of the remaining stores continue to flourish as this is my favorite indoor mall in the area.

Lots of options to choose from for all ages whether its department stores or smaller clothing stores. Many independent and franchised stores operate here. The food court offers many options, but its more enjoyable to dine at the recently-opened restaurant chains. Theres a Starbucks inside the mall at the food court, and one right outside the mall at the main entrance on the left.

I worked at Chick-fil-A for 8 months and I got to know the mall pretty well. The employees of the mall are awesome (not bias at all) and the variety of stores is great when you need something or just feel like shopping. The Fairfield Commons always has something cool they are putting on for their customers so be sure to come by on special days. Overall a good place!

One of larger shopping areas. Near Wright State university with most major chain stores located in or around mall. Multiple chain restaurants and hotels located around perimeter and many shopping strip centers around with more stores and restaurants. Perimeter areas have many small restaurants of non chain types. Walmart and Sams club across from mall.

They have recently remodeled the exterior of this mall which makes the Fairfield Mall a big shiny place to buy merchandise that is sub par to all that can get purchased online. I only hope the investor s see a return on their investment. The content of all the stores in this mall is doing a disservice to its patrons.

This mall offers a lot of variety, seems very safe, and always has plenty of good parking spots available. I especially appreciate that the stores are within the mall when the weather is lousy, as it frequently is in Ohio. The Greene is great during the summer, but I prefer the Fairfield Mall the rest of the year.
