STOP! Do not go to this bestbuy. Customer service here is nonexistent. Atrocious! On Thanksgiving evening I purchased a washer and dryer amounting to 2,089.86. It was delivered the Sunday thereafter, out of a box and both items severely damaged. I spoke with customer service who offered me, 100. Which I refused and also refused the entire order. It went down hill from there. I was advised to call cooperate, took me 35mins on the provoke with a rep who could not find my order , not even with the order number. I decided to go to the store to get it sorted out. I called before I went over, after 55mins I got a manager who informed me that the items ate still on the truck and had to be back at the warehouse so she she can be sure I dont have the items. Im like wth???? I refused the order, it says that in the paperwork, just put my money back on the card. She said she would call back in 15 mins which she never did. I went by there to do a face to face. I got attitude from the time I got to the counter. The girls could care less. Not to mention the 35mins they had me waiting while she hid in her office. After giving me the system was down bullshit answer ,Sean decided to come over with more bullshit excuses, then partially returned my order, assuring me that hed do the remaining part before he closed that night. Needles to say it was never done! I called today, he rambled some nonsense, the phone cut off he never called back. After numerous call back Noone answered my calls. I sent my boyfriend up there today to get Sean on the phone, he never came out after he waited for and hour and all the employees never cared to check. I am so mad right now. Sean and Dominick you both suck as managers! Sean you are also a liar! Put my money back on my card so I can close my account with bestbuy. I was totally professional all the way with you. We had no hostile exchange of words, so there was no reason for you to treat me this way. You all succckkkk!

The Best Buy in Morrow GA is the worse shopping experience I have ever had. I went to the store to purchase an Iphone. I purchased their protection agreement which they deduct from my credit card monthly. (14.99/Mount) My phone stop working within 3 days of purchase. The sales girl told me that if anything ever happends to it just bring it back and they would immediately replace it since I pay for their 14.99 monthly protection plan. I brought the phone back and ofcourse the Geek Squad mgr Scott told me that this was not the case. I made multiple attempts to call the store manger and he never return my phone calls. The Freek Squad manager told me that he didnt care if I filed a complain a matter of fact he told me to call customer service if I wanted to.He was very unprofessional and the way that they talk to you is just stupid TO COMMUNICATE TO customers LIKE THAT. They replace the phone by shipping it out 3 times. So I was without a phone for 2 weeks and still paying AT&T. Each time they replace the phone it comes back beat up and worse than the previous ones. No one there cares. I am in the process of filling a complaint to the BBB. I still have the phone and everytime I use it , It drops the call.Word of caution. DO NOT SPENT ANY MONEY WITH THE BEST BUY IN MORROW GA. I feel sorry for people who shop their but I hope the CEO of bestbuy keep those folks working there because I would want any of them to come working for me. I did called called their customer service and they try to work out the situation but I guess when you call customer service they it counts againts them so they were very reluctant to even speak to me. Folks there are other electronics places out there... stay away from worse buy. Spend your money at microcenter since circuit city is no longer here. I cant wait to see best buy sink.

THE TALE OF HOW BEST BUY LET MY $500 CASH WALK RIGHT OUT THE DOOR. Went to Best Buy to purchase a phone as my iPhone 6 has been giving me issues, I walked into Best Buy in Morrow, GA with cash in pocket burning to get out. I saw a huge line of people waiting to buy phones and have them activated. After gathering accessories ($100 +Tax) like an additional charger, charging cables and screen protector for the phone I asked a BestBuy associate if there were any way I could get someone to grab me a phone ($400 +tax) so I can either be rung up at another station or take it to the cashier. The BB associate said nothing he can do because thats the cell phone section and its Black Friday. I put ALL the accessories back and left seeing how theres no way to get help with tiny walkie talkies in ear and on for communication. I went to another store (NOT BEST BUY) and spent $650.00 at that location...who could help...on Black Friday...with no problems...and no walkie talkies. Good job guys!

My experience at this particular location was excellent. I wanted to buy a new computer. I found one on Best Buy online on clearance, but decided to go into the store that same day to purchase it. That computer was not in stock, but that did have a previous model (lower grade) on sale. It was higher priced than the newer model I found online by $150. The sales agent took extensive time explaining to me the difference between the computer models, the price and how I can still get the price and computer I ordered online through the store. I also made some additional purchases. It was a pleasant experience, the sales agent was attentive, focused and knowledgeable. I went to several stores prior to this... and the customer service reps were just selling equipment. They had NO UNDERSTANDING of the product... which is why I didnt make the purchase. I have shopped here on several major purchases and have never been disappointed with the products or service I received.

This is the worst store I have ever been to at Best Buy 1st they tell me they have the iPhone (+7) 128 gb get to the store after driving 30 minutes Then they tell me they onlyWhile at the store to mobile department sales manager put in my past coal wrong which locks up the count so I had to come in the next day for him to a fixed the problem when I get there this morning he doesnt know how to add a phone to my account he acts like hes never seen this problem before and he just doesnt know what do he called Sprint and they tell me he missed something up in a what have to wait 3 days before I can get the iPhone 7 plus which is probably gonna be sold by the time I get there because then he tells me he cant hold it for me into the 3 days you should no one should ever go to this store they should close the store should be close down

Heres my experience with The Best Buy store in Southlake. The only people that greets me when I walk in is the people at the front door and maybe the guys, also the people that just work in inventory ask me if I need help. The females walk pass me like they dont see me (like Im glass or something its actually funny). Ricky sold me a car radio and other items hes a GREAT SALESMAN I had a great experience with him. He answered all questions that I had. The technician Frank was GREAT also he installed and actually got me to upgrade the previous radio I already bought from BestBuy on Sunday. The only reason I ddnt give the store 5 stars because of the otger sales people not givung attention to me or not asking if I need help. If I could I would always request those 2 guys Im just being honest.
