I entered this store to obtain a refund for a game my son had purchased the day before at another location. Upon entering the store we waiting approximately 2 or 3 minutes before we were address. The manager and/or assistant manager (FRANK) finally recognized us and asked how could he help. We explained that the game was purchased the day before and we would like to return it because we already have it. He was VERY RUDE & most of all VERY unprofessional. He told us he could not accept the game because it was damaged; which was NOT true. The game played perfectly. Beside that the receipt indicates that Pre-Owned merchandise can be returned for ANY reason withing 7 days! Tell me why this particular location doesnt follow the policy??? Very angry!! He needs training!!

Speaking on my own behalf.....I have no idea what Ms.Hill and the crew are talking about and Im not just saying this.. Everytime I go to this location no matter the crew Including Frank I always have a good experience. The games and systems I always want, quick service 2 minutes Com On Son,and helpful on info you might not know. Im always there love GameStop Love what Frank and the crew does there Im going today Keep it up and f the haters u can kiss this GameStops ass. Peace Out

Went in with a friend and asked a pretty obvious question about weather a game was more of a traditional RPG or a strategic game and was given, "thats subjective". Uh, no its not. Is the VAST majority of the game play contingent on strategic movements or is it a story? Theres two separate categories for this reason. Either better train the staff as to what gaming categories are or dont talk to girl gamers like theyre dumb. Never wasting my time or money here again.

So I dont know what crack the normal people be smoking but this gamestop has one of the best services and people i have ever meet. I am always comfortable and KNOW Im gonna get the best knowledge and help on everything i need from everyone INCLUDING FRANK! Ive been going to this gamestop for years and have never had a bad experience, So if you hear that this game stop has "bad service" or "rude employees", They are lying to you

The "manager" on duty "Sequoia" is extremely unprofessional and rude. I have been in business for over 20 years and I would fire anyone on the spot that worked for me for what I experienced out of her. The second "refurbished" console I obtained from this location failed and I get this type of behavior when I go to return it.

Who DAT said that Frank Rude... Excuse me Ms.Hill but 2 whole minutes.. I would hate to see u wait in a fast food restaurant line. Frank is the most knowledgeable staff at that location. Ive been a pro member since 2010 and this Game Stop is one of the best I have dealt with. Patience is required at any franchise.

They need to understand not every gamer is an adolescent pubescent teenager. They are rude, and extremely unprofessional. Especially Sequoia who talks to customers like her children. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GAMESTOP. Consoles are not properly refurbished and used discs are heavily scratched.

The store has fairly good employees that are both knowledgeable and personable enough to make you feel like youre at home when ever you visit. One employee, by the name of Sequoia, was very helpful last I visited! I look forward to many more visits in the future!!

Great location overall but needs a new cashier. Before making my purchase , the young female cashier had a very nasty attitude. Her attitude was so terrible that I had to put her back in her place. Invest in new employees

Good location, they have good stock and the employees are nice and helpful, however its a very small and cramped store if its busy, its hard to move around much. Otherwise great!
