Arrived for our 7:25 PM appointment with the genius bar to evaluate our imac. At approximately 8:00 PM an employee stated that the imac techs were running behind and he would assist us. This employee told us that he was not an imac tech. This employee attached a wired keyboard and wired mouse to our imac. He had difficulties plugging in the ethernet cord to the ethernet port. He turned on the imac, held keys down on the keyboard; the imac did not respond as he expected. He then proceeded to leave, going to a back room. After having no success, he then told us that he was not able to run diagnostics on our computer (it is a 2009 imac with current OS). He recommended a complete restore but said the apple store did not have the right parts to perform that and referred us to microcenter or other stores. He also told us an apple desktop would only last 5-7 years. We are very disappointed with the unsatisfactory customer service we received from this store. We never did get to talk to an imac tech. We left with NOTHING accomplished except a waste of our time.

I am really frustrated with their customer service. When I brought my phone for a repair to the Apple store in the Cumberland mall, I was told (by one of the servicemen in the store) that I can call Apple Care set up a pickup plan to have them ship my phone back to me once it is repaired. When the phone is fixed, I called the Apple Care to arrange a shipment plan. A representative in the Apple Care told me it is possible to do this and theyve contacted with the Apple Store at Cumberland mall. However, one of the "Senior managers" in the Cumberland mall told that it is not possible to ship the phone to me and I have to go to the store in person to get my phone back. There was a clear miscommunication between the retail store and the Apple care. Also, there was a clear miscommunication within the store given that their serviceman and "Senior Manager" were telling completely opposite things. Really bad customer service!! I would definitely not recommend this Apple store given their inexperienced personnel!!

I went to Cumberland mall, the costumer service is bad, the manager is from foreign country , and I asked for someone to speak Spanish to felt more comfortable to be acknowledge and be listen what I need it for mine cellphone and he gave 2hrs wait in line and he didnt have costumer representative to Spanish native helper, he says it only he will able to translate with Google ... Really?... 2016 with a worldwide Apple company and bad service, easy breakable cellphones, bad attitude with costumers, sales will going down for crazy expensive cellphones ... Really step out from that bubble Apple!...Somebody could help me to understand myself... Is only Americans buy cellphones ?... Or everybody from different languages buy cellphones?... Btw I didnt get any help from the manager, he act it like not even care!... I did it this post and review March/25/2016

I have been a longtime Apple Customer. I have owned six different iPhones, three Macs, an Apple Watch and who knows how many accessories and other assorted items for all those devices. I recently had a very poor experience with a case I bought at the Apple Store for my iPhone 6S Plus. The case was extremely expensive, and didnt last at all. I tried to work with Apple to see if I had any options and was flatly told no. While the employees were nice, I was very disappointed that such a loyal customer wouldnt be ale to get any consideration for replacing this obviously flawed case. I have always paid a premium for Apple Products because they stand behind their quality, and offer high levels of customer service. After this experience, I can no longer recommend Apple, its products or its services to anyone.

I had a great experience walking in here today, even though I was expecting it to be a hassle due to it being a busy weekend day. All of the employees were kind and friendly, I was greeted by each one I encountered and helped by several who all communicated well with me and with each other. I had to get the rear-facing camera on my iPhone 6s replaced because there was dust on the inside. Since my phone is still under warranty this was done for free, and only took about an hour. It was a totally painless experience and I only waited about 5-10 minutes to sit down with a tech, then an hour for the repair. The employees all seemed happy to be there and I never felt like I was forgotten about or left waiting longer than necessary. Glad this is the Apple Store closest to me in case I ever need to go back!

A miscommunication over the phone with a rookie employee meant my visit and iPhone replacement would actually cost me hundreds more once I got to the store and spoke with someone different. However, the guy who took care of me understood my situation, apologized, and overrode the Apple policy technicality, meaning my problem was resolved for a third of the cost. I couldnt be happier. Apple catches flack for an under-explained and seemingly unfair return/exchange/repair policy, but with enough courtesy -- and if the consumer is privy to iPhone terms and conditions -- theres little reason a visit to this location would be unpleasant. Props to the gent who helped me specifically. Whatever his name was, the immensity of his patience is second only to his righteous otherworldly beard.

I drove two hours just to get to the store. My phone just crashed. So they took my phone to the back to take it apart to see if there was any third party debris there (water damage and such). After waiting about an hour I came back in and they said it was water damage. They would not take my debit card because it was not in my name. I had 250 in cash. The manager ended up giving me the phone because one of the tech supports did something "wrong" in the system. Everyone was super professional and constantly checking to see if I was being help and if I needed anything else. Great manager. And A young man named Aubrey was who helped me and he was very polite and helpful. Would not hesitate to go back if I ever have any further problems. Thanks!

No matter which apple store I go to Ive always had a great experience. I took my toddler with me one day to get my phone looked at. It was when they were opening. As we walked in the team was clapping and greeting is with a smile. My toddler ate it up! He loved it. The energy that poured out boosted me as well. It was refreshing! They are always honest about how long something will take. However with it being an electronic I know it could possibly take longer. I love that I can leave and take care of other things and they will text me when its ready. Absolutely love all apple stores! Just recently found out they have a summer camp program. I will definitely have to sign my 9 year old up next year! Thanks for being so great!

I seriously do NOT like malls and will do all possible to avoid them, but I went to this location as a last resort for my 2week old 6s. Within minutes, literally, after its purchase it had "No Service" randomly and had to be restarted to have a working phone or texts. One rep after another after another for 2 weeks tried their "fix" & each assured me that it was cured. I was ready to throw it in the river & be done with it. Frustrated to tears and seriously regretting buying it. The wait at the Apple Store was almost 1 1/2 hours before I met Jamal - an amazing service rep who should be the example for all others. He was able to resolve my phone problem & my faith in Apple has been restored. Thanks Jamal
