This walmart along with the one on Princeton road sucks so bad. Theres never enough registers open. Never anyone to help you if you need assistance. They all just stand around and talk instead of opening a register. This walmart took money from me because a register wasnt working properly. And then when trying to forward the purchases to a different register it wouldnt do it so I was out of my money and no groceries. Ill NEVER shop at walmart ever again. The manager sucks that he doesnt want to help nor does the assistant manager. Im supposed to just "calm down" and not make a scene and this and that while you tell me you cant help me, but its walmarts fault??? How is that fair??? I dont have time for that at all. I have money and im shopping on my lunch hour so i dont have to mess with it in the evening where its even worse to shop after im off work at walmart!!! They take my money after the u-scan glitches then tell me it didnt go through bc it didnt scan right, so then they scan me again at another register and im out of money bc the money was already taken out of my account from the previous messed up register. They couldve just told me that that register doesnt except certain cards or cash or whatever. But no. No one says anything. No sign posted. Nothing. Then after im so upset bc im out of my money, no groceries, and ive wasted my time. Wouldnt you be upset too? The manager and asst. Manager doesnt care at all. They just say i cant help you and if youre making a scene get out or im calling tye cops. Theres only one register open, a boat load of people trying to check out, and every u-scan is full too but some (mine) messed up. How is that right that i suffer bc of this stupid store that doesnt give two craps about you? Ive called corporate on both walmart Idk how many times and nobody from walmart cares.

Tori, you are obviously a VIP shopper at this Walmart. How dare they actually allow your purchases, which of course had your name on each item, to be put back on the shelves. They should have gotten billboards made up saying " Will the idiot who left all of "Waynes Lunches" at the store recently call us. We have your purchases waiting for you at our spacious and luxurious "Customer Service" area. Of course, they are being guarded 24 hrs a day just for you. All items, including refrigerated, frozen, and produce items will be waiting for you there. They may be spoiled, but after all, you paid for them, right? We want you to know that we really enjoy searching through 1000s of transactions just for fun, even while we are on break or after our shift ends. That is just another bonus of this rewarding and glamorous job, in addition to the amazingly high wages we are paid. We are here to serve you, and all the other idiots like you. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you. We are even considering offering a new service. We may soon come home with you, unpack your purchases, cook your dinner, and also pack "Waynes Lunch" for you. That way, we can be sure you get everything that people such as yourself deserve. Please contact us soon, as we are practically holding our breath until then! After all, you are what we live for. Our families are not important. You obviously are a very important person, at least in your own mind. Hehehe!! Get Real, Tori. I have never ever had an issue with this or any other Walmart. Everyone there are always courteous, as well as helpful above and beyond . But, of course, you never rant, right?.

I went with my mom to pick up a water canner and canning supplies. They had only pressure canners available. (Which are expensive.) But its canning season and I didnt understand why the shelf was empty. You can over order. Its not like the canner has an expiration date. But my mom asked an employee, who said he was the department manager, if he could find out if there were more in another location of the store or maybe in back stock. Without taking any time at all he said they were out. So I went to find another employee, because it appeared as if the "department manager" didnt want to be bothered with us. The second gentleman asked the "department manager" on his headset if there were any more water canners in stock. So ha ha jokes on me and Mom. We cant hear what the "department manager" says to the older gentleman. But it had to go something along the lines of..."I already helped them and told them we were out and blah blah." So this older gentleman looks at my mom and says in a real condescending tone. "Did someone already help you." And of course we said yeah but not really. And he goes on to tell us how stupid we are without exactly using those exact words for a good three minutes. My point is neither employee took the time to scan the item and let us know if there were any in the building. There could have been a few that were returned and sitting in a returns cart somewhere. My mother doesnt deserve to be talked to like that. I put everything in my cart back on the shelf and we went to Meijer on Tylersville. They had a huge selection of canning supplies and plenty of water canners on the shelf.

I do not normally rant but in this case I’m going to complain. Last night, I went to Walmart on Cinti-Day . Had 2 grocery carts, paid my $300 plus bill and came home. After putting everything away, I realized, Wayne’s lunches were not there. Maybe someone put them away, so I looked through cabinets this morning. I called Walmart. First time, on hold 5 min. Called back, on hold – not sure – put the phone on the table, while cleaning the kitchen, someone came on I explained again…got put on hold again…the next time, she went to put me on hold and I asked to speak to the manager. I explained the items I left. She said,” Yes, we restocked them.” When I first asked to speak to her I was frustrated about the wait on the phone, BUT now, I am upset. She said I could come get them off the shelf and bring them to customer service. After I displayed upset she said they would pull for me and I could pick up at customer service. 1) THOSE WERE MY ITEMS. I BOUGHT AND PAID FOR THEM. 2) THEY WERE NOT WALMART’S TO RESTOCK TO SELL A SECOND TIME, TAKING ADVANTAGE OF WHAT MAYBE WAS MY MISTAKE… COUPLED WITH THE CASHIER. 3) THEY KNEW WHO PURCHASED THESE ITEMS. DID THEY CREDIT THESE ITEMS FROM MY CREDIT CARD BEFORE RESTOCKING? OF COURSE NOT!!! They were just going to resell them a second time. ( Maybe I wouldn’t catch it.) 4) If these items that cannot be credited back to someone’s before restocking , they should be held for a given length of time, then donated…whatever BUT NOT RESTOCKED BY WALMART TO BE SOLD A SECOND TIME!

Customer service not very helpful. After waiting in line 15 minutes they did not even want to go and check on a price for me. The lady that did go (I went with) said the item was somewhere else than where I got it. I had to tell her and lead the way because she did not believe me. She also told me they put items that do not fit on the shelf in wth the clearance all the time. That makes no sense to me at all. Candles in a bigger size and same scent were on clearance shelf and were marked down but the small size was not. I asked her to explain and she said the were in a delete mode and would go on clearance. I guess there should be a shelf for almost and some are on clearance shelf?? Anyway, went back to customer service where I asked for my money back and told him what she said. When she walked by he asked her if they were on clearance which was shocking since I told him she said they were not yet. Not very good customer service and when he was done, he just handed the bag to me and said nothing. I said thank you but what for I have no idea!! They have a sign hanging behind the desk that says, "happy to help". I think they need to hang it where the workers can see it!!!
