So often people only post reviews when they were dissatisfied with something. I would like to commend a young lady named Katie who very pleasantly and professionally assisted me with a problem caused by my own inattention. I inadvertently pulled my diesel pickup up to the gasoline pumps. The handles were green after all. Everywhere, except for BP stations, the diesel hoses have green handles. Might want to talk to BP about that. Anyway I cancelled the sale before I pumped any gas but the machine charged my credit card $30.01. Katie explained that she could only resolve the problem after the days sales were posted. She called me this morning to tell me that she had credited my card with the amount charged. I realize that the tone of an organization is set by the management but its the people who implement that tone. Katie deserves a "well done".

I ordered grilled fish came back steamed. Tasted fun and learned that it is imported catfish. Waited over 30 mins for tartar sauce wtf lol. went to make a salad dirty dishes. No drink refills. Seriously guys come on. Well people are friendly so I do like that. However management needs some serious help. There is no reason what so ever to only have 3 people working a place like this. Period. They need to seriously teach the cooks how to properly cook and have all foods avaliable. No reason why anyone should have to wait for anything like this. im from florida food like this is fresh dAILY. PLEASE SUPPORT LOCAL MARKETS AND BUY YOUR FOODS FRESH FROM U.S MARKETS STOP IMPORTING. PEOPLE ARE WILLING TO PAY THE Difference STOP BEING CHEAP. People hate cheap scapes

Been on the road 12 years and this place has the worst restaurant I have ever seen. If you drug tested these folks you wouldnt have anyone left to work. Salad bar had lettuce 2 containers of black beans (who puts black beans on a salad bar?) 2 containers of shredded purple cabbage (again who would do this?) Some potatoes salad and 2 dressings one if which was mislabeled. No tomatoes or cucumbers or anything else. Our server was horrible! No silverware or napkins for most of the meal. Food came out wrong. Everyone in there was complaining about the food and service. The gentleman behind us walked out. Worst restaurant experience I have ever had and being a truck driver Ive had a bunch.

Pretty good parking but they took out the restaurant only Popeyes the T/As are going getting rid of the restaurants and using fast food. They dont care about the Drivers anymore its all about how fast they can get your money . In and out people turnover greed is what its all about. The days of personal service and caring about the public is over Ive been doing this for 45 yrs and have watched the restaurant business go by the way because people are in to big of a hurry. Its a shame I personally like sitting down in the evening and having dinner and relaxing. Corporations dont CARE about you anymore. It is sad

Worst TA in South, dont bother playing the game/Slots in the game room you will not receive any $CASH$ for your winnings, You have to make purchases in the store, Whatever you dont spend YOU LOSE. Even if you win the $600.00 JACKPOT you will not get any $CASH$. No Country Pride Restaurant, just "POPEYES FRIED CHICKEN"....Workers are "HOOTCHIE MAMA GHETTO QUEENS" with no personality of course. Thanks a lot Tea/Party, I wish these types would have stayed on WELFARE!!! They dont belong in the workforce.

9-21-15. Restaurant service is very lacking. Chicken fried steak cooked too long. Waitress Came back twice an asked if I wanted brown or white gravy, told twice i wanted white. Came out with brown gravy. Gravy was so cold it had congiled. Veg/beef soup was nothing but broth. Cheese an ham soup was labeled cream of chicken. Several people complained about both, no attempts were made to rectify the problem. Food was not worth $14.00

The store was nice, and the staff was friendly. Three restaurant is a different story. The wait staff was slow and never checked on our drinks or if we wanted more food from our all you can eat order. What food we did get was either under cooked or over cooked. I will never go to the restaurant again.

Pulled in at 4 to get tired changed, they pulled me up to door 4 and left me sit an hour, no other trucks are in bays getting worked on. Finally after an hour they pull me in and now been sitting another hour and the tire is still on truck. Wtf people come on!!

Came get pm service and 2 steers they did pm but no tires. My main reason was tires. 5 30 am to 830 for that and told me I had to wait till 10 to get tires done. I had to ask why isnt the tires being done. So I left wasted morning. I never go back

Bring back the Country Pride restaurant. Its the reason I used to stop here all the time on long hauls. I try to stay healthy on the road, which I cant do eating fried chicken every day. Next time, I will stop somewhere that offers better options.

The lady that was checking me out - spent the ENTIRE time on her phone making a personal call. She never acknowledged the fact that I was standing in front of her and even seemed to be put out when I asked for something behind the counter.

Restaurant is terrible. Service was terrible, every table was dirty, salad bar needed to be restocked, both soups were out, kept having to ask waitress for everything three and four times. I like TAs but this one sucks.

Standing here now.. Arrived last night and the crew is awesome. Coffee was burnt and the assistant store manager and his crew jumped right on it. Literally. Right now. Matthew isnt paid enough. He is awesome

Customer service was poor at best also when purchasing my new tire they asked me if I wanted it balanced I asked wasnt that part of the process they said well yes but it cost extra $35

Large lot,with plenty of space to back. Spots were open after Ten oclock. Thats saying a lot for a truck stop.restaurant was quick,but I could see it being problematic at times.

Restaurants close way too early for being a truck stop. And gas is always way too expensive here. No wonder they dont get as much business as other truck stops.

Well its clean and has good showers. Theres normally parking there everytime Ive been there. Its a truck stop, you cant expect great things.

Got woke up in the middle of my break to pull into the shop. Sat outside of the bay for over an hour just to have batteries checked.

They really have kept up to the cleaning and good attitudes as well. Had a nice special on stuffed peppers today. Tasted good.
