I have nothing against 7-11 but i have to agree with the other review. My brother and i were just banned as well today because i confronted the same foreign lady manager about saying "F*** YOU!!!" When i tried to get an apology she outright said she wasnt going to serve me and when i tried to reason with her she and the man inside started to accuse me of bad conduct and how they had retaliated to my middle finger gesture. It was a lie of course, twisted by her anger, as id flipped it in response to that comment. I decided not to take it and she called the police and had me and my brother banned for a year. It was a complete over reaction and it looks bad to the 7-11 franchise. So now ill go to the one on Annapolis between Venoy and Merriman (Never would have realized there was another so close let alone so much nicer, and it sells beer.) and i called their corporate office to file a direct complaint and i hope others with similar situations will do the same and not stand for the bigotry and other offences of this 7-11 OWNER. P.S. Must be nice to be able to turn people away with a trespassing notice from the police as she needs no reason to turn people away. I think that system was not intended to avoid these kinds of conflicts. I just thought of a label for them "Shut up and give me your business or go away!!!" lol. It isnt the nicest 7-11 btw...

They mess up Lottery and tell black people they ghetto for double checking!!!! Wow! They banned me for no real reason! Ive called problem solvers! Nothing yet has been done! The foreign lady who "runs " the store is so mean and nasty to people! She wouldnt even accept a sincere apology! Ive spent alot of cash in there and they treat as if Im a bum or I stole or something over them messing up me and my girlfriend Lottery!!!!! Its not fair! We have no car and nothing is walking distance and they know that!!!!!!!

Every time me or my girl goes their there is always Some kind of problem goingon. Ether the staff is under trained or something is broke. I think the only thing broke is the store Management .I think it is time for new management And I know there are a lot of people that agree
