FAIL - My NAPA "Dont Know How" story, so one morning I use Napas website to find part #ECH HL6559, it says In Stock at that location for $23.85, drive there before work that morning, get there and low and behold the part # is not even in there system, I prepared myself for such an event and saved the website of NAPAS showing the part and the part # for $23.85, then we begin to reverse look up the make, model, year on the store computer and he finds something at another store for $79-ish dollars. I say no thanks and get to work and call another popular company, they had it for $22 and in the store. So apparently NAPA is having inventory #s issues and when your very own website shows a part # and you cant even pull it up, not to mention ordering from another store for 3 times as much. However the Napa personnel guy was very nice and did his best to look up the part, he was also confused like me on the website info, ...Tighten up NAPA.
