I grew up going to autozone and allways buying all my parts,oil,and fluids from auto zones. Just moved to the area and wanted to change my oil on my used Honda Accord that I just purchased. The somewhat annoyed desk associate told me the oil and filter that I needed ((he didnt bother to walk back and help me find what I needed)) I got what he told me and asked him if I had the correct oil and filter, and he told me thats exactly what I needed. Well I currently have no oil in my car and a filter that is 2 sizes to small. This is annoying and will not happen agin because Im simply not going to shop autozone anymore. Unless you know exactly what you need and can find it without any problem, I would tell you not to go here.

Worst customer service ever! Parts manager on duty gave 50% effort in helping me. He walked away while I still needed help and blamed me for the reason why he couldnt find my phone number. He also mumbled curse words at me and I just received an apology from Anthony Peck(store manager) from my long wait. I would recommend buying my parts elsewhere.

Every time I go to this store, the staff is extremely helpful! My husband and I always try to repair what we can on our cars to keep from going to overpriced mechanics. They always have great advice for repairs and are always friendly.

I go here for things like windshield wipers and sun shades. Recently I replaced the cabin filter in my eight-year old car, and they had that in stock. Theres usually more than enough employees to help you out!
