I order clothes from Entourage clothing at least every other week and I am very unhappy about the way they handled a potential return of mine.I decided a couple of weeks to go to actually go into the store located in Kennesaw, instead of ordering from the website. I accidentally grabbed the wrong size in two items and they were way too big to wear. I called the store and spoke with the OWNERS HUSBAND. He told me that I could return the items without a receipt since I was a part of their customer rewards. He even looked up my name to verify that I was in the system. I even told him that I purchased the clothes the day before Easter Sunday. I assumed that he could see the transaction. He said everything would be good to go with my return. I drove all the way to the location only to have the manager tell me that the OWNERS HUSBAND had no idea what he was talking about.... because he was never in the store besides the time that I spoke with him. I pulled up my debit card statement to show her the date with the transaction. She then told me that not only was there no trace of the transaction, but there are also no other women named "Jessica" with a last name that starts with a "P" in their system; I find that hard to believe. I cannot believe that a store that I have referred so many of my friends to, and have spent so much money at, would have such terrible customer service. I will never spend my money here again.

I had trouble ordering something online as it was out of stock. I emailed the help account, and immediately got a response with some helpful info. I was able to contact the Athens location and they held my items and will be able to get them today. Im impressed with the quick response time, and helpfulness of the few associates that provided info and in the store. Thanks, Entourage. Another great experience with you all!
