I came into this store to get a windshield wiper motor for my 2013 Dodge Dart which costed $80. When my husband installed the motor, my windshield wipers would not turn off. Thinking that it was a wiring issue within my car, I took it to the dodge dealership and spent $100 to have my car inspected and get a diagnosis of whats causing this. Turns out that the windshield wiper motor that was sold to me by this advance auto parts store runs at a higher voltage than the dodge brand one, which was causing my windshield wipers to not turn off. Okay, its not this stores fault but for one, this information should be disclosed to the person buying the part from any Advance Auto Parts store. But whatever, I just wanted my money back so I can buy the correct part from the dealership. So my husband went in to the store to return it and spoke to Corey about the issue and that we wanted a return and my husband informed me that when he was explaining the situation to Corey, he didnt care. No apology for the inconvenience, all he had to say was that was "interesting". No care about the situation at all. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service, I will not be returning to this store for any of my car needs. Check out autozone down the street instead.

Really nice new building in a good location. I like Advanced Autos Reward system a lot better than competitors. Bought a battery from here and had them install it. Had no problems, the whole process took about 20 minutes including testing the old battery first.

Good prices, have a good selection of parts or usually they can get them from another store same day if ordered early. Cant beat the online purchase and pick up deal, you can stack different coupons online.
