I go to AutoZone because it is close. Service is usually good. Sometimes it is a little slow but that is due to the amount of customers vs employees. Prices are reasonable and I feel like the employees know cars. Lately I had two rather good experiences. Ive been to AutoZone twice in the past two weeks. I was buying some oil and a few other items. When I went to checkout the employee let me know of a special I had missed in their weekly flyer. Wasnt an upsell and I got a free oil filter out of it. The next visit, I needed a part that day. They didnt have what I needed in stock. Two days to get it. The employee, knowing I needed the part today, printed out all the details and suggested maybe another auto parts store in the area might have it. I like that type of customer service.

I needed to return a windshield wiper blade and was the only person standing at the counter. A male clerk asked if I needed help and I explained that situation. He said give me one second and proceeded to help the other customers in the store, who were coincidentally male. After standing in the store for 5-10 minutes watching everyone else be helped, I left the store. Just because Im female doesnt mean that I dont know what I need in AutoZone. Amazing that the location within a few miles away was able to help me in less than five minutes with the same number of customers and clerks!

Helped me change my turn signal bulb in a hard to reach spot, awesome. UPDATE 7.1.17 stopped in to buy replacement bulbs for the back of the car. Took over 45mins, the person helping didnt even know about the bulbs, and didnt know about fuses in a as either. Ridiculous. Answered phones while there was a line of 6plus people waiting to be helped, says they wont pull parts off of the shelf for you anymore and wont hold them. PER MANAGER. GO TO A DIFFERENT AUTOZONE. THIS ONE SUCKS NOW.

Very friendly employees, very helpful, a very nice man put my wiper blades on, changed my turn signal bulb, and even put a bulb back in for me that i took out and couldnt get back in....Thank you again!
