The prices are the highest in the area and to top it off they offer no warranty. For example I bought eight transmissions in the past year only one worked for a little while. I was told that they do not back up their parts. That is over Eight hundred dollars in boat anchors. Make sure you do not bring in your own parts to compare with theirs. I showed the younger girl at the counter my part when I came back I was harassed by the older brunett woman about the part. They will try to make you pay for your own part or tell you they will send detectives on you. I will never go back to this rip off harassing place again. I found that the older brunett woman is the most unprofessional women ever to deal with the public.

I called Jones used auto parts looking for a particular part the lady on the phone was rude and its sad to say that this place doesnt have an inventory of any of the cars or parts you must go and walk there yard to see if they even have the car or the part you need Im not going to a place that I would have to walk there yard and might not even be able to find what I need at the end I feel this is poor quality service

I called ahead because my car is an uncommon model. The woman on the phone was short and rude with me when she said they dont have an inventory of their cars and she was unable to give me that information. Thats bad business for an auto salvage yard. I cant believe they were rated so highly. Id basically have to drive 40 minutes out of my way to give them a shot.
