Im very unhappy able my experience with US Auto Sales. Ronnie is an angel sent from above, but Kirk (Kurt) the finance manger has ice running through his veins. I had an issue with a car that I purchased. Initially the car was the car of my dreams, and then my dad test drove it. He said it was an issue with the struts. I decided to still take the car, because Kirk advised me that the issue could be fixed. Well on the way home check engine light came on and the gas hand started to float. I took the car back, not even 10 to 13 hours later, and Kirk becomes the biggest jerk you ever want to know. He advised me that I was not getting my money back, and that if I leave the car there it was going to be a voluntary repo. I wanted to slap his behind, he has no compassion, and his ego is a lot better that his is. Now Im stuck paying my money to some dude that I hate! Im going to pray for him, but that company gets no praises from me. Ronnie does!

I was looking for a specific vehicle. I spoke with one gentleman on the phone who dodged every question that was asked. Thinking that it was only that person, I went to the Forest Park location thinking I would get something different. They are ripping people off. The salesman told me flat out when questioned that the owner does not care about the KBB (Kelly Blue Book) quotes. I walked in under the impression that the price was going to a little over the KBB but did not expect to hear $18000+ for a $9 - $10,000 car. All I can say is RUN!!!! As fast as you can!!! I found the car for $5,800 from a private seller and got the car looked at from top to bottom before the purchase. Funny how following your gut works! I had $7,000 but had no intention on blowing my money when I seen the shadiness at every turn.

US Auto sucks! Yes you will get a car and they will turn it off if car payment is late...been with them over a year trying to figure out giving car back...they sold the Pay Time as a security feature. Now every time I dont pay on the day sirens ring and alerts sound.If I knew there was zero flexibility I never would have entered this contract. Stay away or get got! Hate themes

I have a car from them and my transmission needed to be repaired nobody has called and told me anything about my vehicle i had to continue to call them and then they are so rude and they still havent put me in a loaner car are called to say hey this its whats going on with your car plus this is the second time Im having transmission problems like its my damn fault ughhh

Gary was amazing!! He was more than helpful!! He found the vehicle I was looking for and had it shipped asap. He made sure every detail that was posted online about the vehicle was what we got. The manager as well, was very helpful. He stayed late so we could close the deal. They were patient and I would recommend anyone to go see GARY!!!!

This company is sneaky and snakes in the grass do not get a car from here I Have a car from them now trying to get another one but the fact they have reported to the credit bureau in January and I had the car almost two years is hindering me, people try other places!!!

Phone reps are rude and nasty. Been making payments to them on a car for the last 5 years, finally down to the last month thank God! Dont give them your business...the headache and disrespect is not worth it.
