My husband and I saw a 2006 Ford F-150 on CarGurus advertised by Motorvation motors in Atlanta Ga. my husband called and spoke with Rahim Bhamani and he told my husband that the truck was in excellent condition and that he would be willing to allow us to test drive the truck. My husband explained that we would be traveling from Savannah Ga. and that we had about a 3 1/2 to 4 hour drive but was willing to drive that far if the car was a good deal. Rahim reassured my husband that the truck was in great condition and would see us when we got to Atlanta. We left Savannah at 8:09 Saturday morning 12/10/2016, and arrived in Atlanta at 11:15 am. When we arrived at the location where the truck was, it didnt look like a legit dealership and there were run-down looking cars parked all over the property. We went inside and asked for Rahim but was immediately told that he was helping another customer. Another salesman proceeded to show us the truck that we had interest in (Ford F150) and began telling my husband that the truck needed ignition sensors because there was a huge cloud of white smoke coming from the exhaust pipes. He told my husband that the ignition sensors would only cost about $1500.00 in addition to the $6900.00 that we were prepared to pay for the truck. Needless to say, we were very disappointed and at that point realized that we had made a 4 hour blank trip for no reason. We never got a chance to speak with Rahim, so we just left very upset. The salesman continued to say " Rahim didnt tell you this on the phone?" And my husband said "No, he didnt tell me about this, if he would have I wouldnt have drove this far"......Please do not buy anything from these people, they are scammers and Liers. What a waste of a perfectly good Saturday! Thats not a good way to do business, please dont believe anything this company tells you about their cars and trucks. I wish I could have left 0 stars but it doesnt give that option.

WATCH OUT is my opinion, and all of this is my opinion of poor business practices, I had decided to buy a truck from this dealer and I had done everything possible to buy this truck, their practice was in my opinion affected by a salesman that was unwilling to put much effort in making the sale, in the end I have been approved to finance, had cash if needed, agreed to the price advertized, walked in sat and signed a buyers agreement and when I was calling an uber to go pick up my truck, the salesman who I was unsucessful in getting a responce to pick up this truck yesterday because he laid out of work and refused to answer me because he was off work, and they allowed someone else to buy the truck and I am truly heart broken. I cant portray how upset they made me in so few words, they need to standardize their dealer practices because I went to a lot of effort to buy from them and they knew I was approved to buy but allowed some one else to buy it. I hope this helps another buyer. Again this is my opinion of the facts and to the other buyer I hope the truck was a good one. I really wanted it. Oh yeah! The salesman told me if you finance in house they tack on about 2500 in risk fees! Use your own bank and get everything in writing because their sales people have no right to make promises according to the management, who did not help me at all! His words to me were "you cant always make the customer happy"- what happen to the customer is always right?

Im going to start this by saying this is by far one of the best car buying experiences Ive had to date, and Ive been around the block a time or two when it comes to buying automobiles. I recently moved here from Los Angeles and with a growing family I needed something large and reliable. I found Motorvation in the Heart of Mid-Town, and with a great view of the city skyline, I knew I was at the right spot. The Owner Emmet and his sales man Rahim are top notch and as professional as you will find any where at any level of dealership both Large and small, especially in an industry where skepticism runs ram-pit. Not only did they deliver on all levels but their mechanic Glenn is very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to keep my car serviced and going strong. They got me into a hard to find, low mile, Isuzu Trooper that will take me and my family on many miles of adventure here in the South-East. Thank you Motorvation! I will be back anytime I need a reliable, stylish ride!

Motorvation is hands down the best auto-dealer in Atlanta. They are honest, straight forward, and work hard to put you in the vehicle that you want. Talk to Rahim or Earl. These guys know their stuff and will get you behind the wheel of the car/truck you need. I purchased a truck from Motorvation several years ago. I was amazed at the selection and customer service. When I wrecked that vehicle, I immediately went to Motorvation to purchase my next. They worked to find and select the vehicle that I was looking for in my price zone and with my particular requirements. I was thrilled to leave the lot in the truck that was right for me. If you are in the market for a truck or car, then you need to talk to Rahim or Earl. They are super friendly, and will never make you feel pressured or conned. In fact, Rahim texted me regularly to keep me up to date on the new trucks coming in so that I would be the first to see them. They are top notch. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Rahim was the dealer I worked with to buy a car for my son. He is absolutely awesome! I drove up from Warner Robins to see the vehicle in question. He met me on a Sunday (they are usually closed), let me take my time checking the vehicle out and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed or that I was wasting his time. After the purchase, I worried about getting the car back to Alabama and to my surprise, Rahim took care of that also. When I changed my mind about the extended car warranty I purchased, I sent a signed letter and picture of the odometer requesting a refund. Online research stated this process could take months to settle...Motorvation send me a refund within 2 weeks! I can not speak highly enough of Rahim and the staff at Motorvation. I would recommend anyone to check them out...you will be hard pressed finding better service anywhere else in the Atl.

I just moved to Atlanta and had been searching for a vehicle for about two weeks. Had a couple of bad experiences at buy here, pay here dealerships and was tired of driving 45 minutes out just to be disappointed. I decided to check out Motorvation and Im so glad I did. Jay was super personable and patient and made the car buying experience easy for me. He and Nicole were able to work with me and get me into my car and out of there before lunchtime. Jay has also been super helpful in helping me with the specific add ons I would like for my car in the future. Highly recommended, wouldnt hesitate to come back for the next one.
