Worst Publix experience I have ever had. I usually go to a different Publix thats a little closer to my house and I thought Id try this one since its a little bigger and I was down near this store. I had multiple coupons and some with a rain check. The rain check was from a different store and they had labeled the info wrong and of course this Publix wouldnt honor it. Okay I get that. No biggie. Ill live. Then came a store coupon. Publix has never made you have one store coupon per item. Manufacturers coupons, yes. Store coupons, no. Apparently this store manager says you have to have a store coupon for each item. Well they went ahead and honored my one store coupon for four of the same item. Then there was the biggie. I had coupons for Kelloggs cereal. Its a higher dollar coupon that expires the end of August. ($3 off any one Kellogg item) so I was getting my kids some cereal, pop tarts and nutri grain bars. Once it came time to ring everything up, a manager comes over. Looks up the coupon and tells me I cant use it because the website says its invalid. What??? Its a Manufacturers coupon and I just used the coupons at a different Publix a few days ago with no issues. So, I put all the Kelloggs stuff back on the counter and said to take it off. They didnt even want to give me my coupons back. Then the manager and cashier informed the customer behind me that I was trying to use fraudulent coupons and they apologized for taking so long. I then explained to her what was going on. They treated me like a thief and a law breaker which I most definitely am not. I can guarantee you that I will NEVER grace this Publix with my presence again. I spend $200-$300 a week in groceries and sometimes more (I have four kids at home) and they treated me like a common thief. The customers around me that heard what happened also agreed that they will also go to a different Publix from now on. Were in Douglasville, Publix are a dime a dozen. To say that I am infuriated is an understatement.

The customer service counter is always nice and courteous even if they are having a natural human irritable moment....they snap back and make your encounter or business experience smooth. The customers that patronize this establishment are hard working people, some who are about to retire and others who are retired and others who work hard everyday and just need an establishment who respect and honor their position but at the same time we have to respect their commitment to providing an utmost customer service experience.

Check the expiration dates here- many a trip to this establishment was met with frustration upon arriving home only to discover items way past due. Still find expired items on the shelf pretty much every time I shop there. Sub sandwich wait time will be at the very least 30 minuets regardless of the line. No joke. Deli service is slow as well. Produce is frequently wilted and sad looking and there is very little organic selection. I live in the area but shop on the north side of town to find quality food and service.

worst experience ever. a cashier slapped my sons hand while he was counting the items on the belt. the store manager on duty never called me back to apologize. I reported the incident to the police and the cashier name Dan (female) lied when asked did she slap his hand. I can not believe such disrespect is allowed and tolerated.

I love this Publix store..very nice people,very good service, and the manager was very professional when I had an issue with my lottery ticket I purchased at this store.......I used to go to Food Depot and I didnt like the 10% They charge. Publix has fresh everything.......keep up the good work.......

Everything is always Fresh. Awesome customer service. They have the kindest cashiers. Very clean store. Only problem I have is with the PUBLIX BRAND LEMONADE GALLONS for $1.69 Someone should wash them off before placing them on shelves. Theyre always dirty & sticky.

Deli is horribly unorganized. Customer servicemanager at this store and ddeli manager should immediately replaced. But other than that the store is very convenient and ok experience usually order platters and cakes from a different store.

Ghetto.The Publix I know will go check stock before they say they dont have it this was not the case when I sent a family member in there today. My brother said the lady in the deli department was too lazy to go to the back and check.

Shamrock is the Absolute Best store manager I have met in 20 years. He is always professional and friendly. If all managers greeted customers like him Krogers and Walmart would be out of business. Awesome...Wonderful... Excellent!
