One of the WORST places to get glasses from. My six year old has been waiting for his glasses for what seems like an entire month now and I am the only one that seems to care if he gets his glasses or not. This will be the last time that I step foot in Wal-mart vision center for ANYTHING!!!! Customer service sucks!!!!!

The absolute slowest vision center Ive ever been too. Waited an hour to pick up 4 boxes of contacts that were already paid for and ordered. Theres only one worker, and she doesnt know what shes doing. She refused to grab the boxes before fitting two old women for glasses even though when she did it took <30 seconds.

Personally dont go you will save more time at another Walmart instead of this vision center. The place is understaffed and the current technicians dont know what they are doing. If you so choose to go make sure you have an hour or more to waste here.

Worst place ever went for an exam in DEC 2016 received glasses mar h 2017 was til their was an issue with insurance but only after 2months had passedbad customer service period........
