The staff is very friendly. However the quality of the frames SUCK! I purchased frames last year in Feb or Mar and as I lay the glasses down on the counter, they crumbled to pieces. My husband returned the frames for a replacement since they were still under warranty. We werent notified until it was time to pick them up that there would be a $40 "co-pay". I dont see why we needed to pay a co-pay when the glasses were originally purchased with cash, but whatever. I had the replacement for leas than a week when the frames broke while I was wearing them!!! So here I am now having to get yet another pair of glasses only to have them also break in my hands AGAIN! I have never had such a poor experience with glasses in my 30 years of wearing them. NEVER AGAIN!

I have been going to Eye Connection for about 10 years. I tried to go to another Optical store closer to home but the Customer service was bad they did not even acknowledge me So here I go back to Eye Connection and take that 30 mile trip to get the most beautiful glasses in the Atlanta area. I have 3 beautiful pairs of glasses that I have purchased, and about to get my 4th pair of beautiful glasses. I always get unique glasses that make me feel confident. Did I mention that the staff is great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely love this place! I broke my glasses the night before I went in, and I cant see without them. I was so worried wondering how I was going to travel until I received my new glasses, when I was then provided with loaner glasses. No one has ever done that before! Not to mention the staff was super nice and I didnt have to wait long even with being a walk in. Im super satisfied with the service that I received:)
