NOT FRIENDLY. I dont know what these other reviews are talking about. The gentleman that answers the phone and works the reception is extremely rude. The eye doctors were thorough and answered all my questions. But my god, that man was RUDE. He has to be the owner or related to the owners because nobody else would put up with that type of attitude. He could of cared less if we used his business or not

My husband and I have been going to Eyesite Optical in Decatur for nearly 3 years. We have purchased 6-8 pairs of glasses (and had to order replacements for lost glasses). Dan is very knowledgeable, helpful, and keeps you in the loop. We have had a great experience with Eyesite, and continue to go there for exams and frames, even though we live miles away in Marietta/Cherokee County.

Great service that goes above and beyond, amazingly good prices, and excellent selection on lower cost frames in many difference shapes. My husband and I, our four year old who needs specialized lenses, and my mother all have benefited from patronizing this business.

They have cheap frames that they do not want to replace. I paid $100 for a flexi frame and everyone nows a flexi frame is bendable, tell me why my sons frame is broke in less than 2 weeks.
