Worst eye exam ever. I was told the exam was 72$ up front..82$ if I wanted dilation. Then, when I checked out it was 209$? They said it was because I wear hard lense, yet no one told me about this ahead of time?? Then the perscription was wrong. So, my glasses need to be redone and I had to get a whole new Evan at my old eye dr., in order to get new contacts that were correct. I called to let them know the perscription was wrong, the glasses will have to be redone, and I am getting my lenses with someplace else, so as the perscription is correct and that I would pay the 82$, but not the extra 137$ for a wrong perscription for lenses I wont be getting with them. They said they dont refunds even if the perscription is wrong. I am calling Costco to complain formally. This was the worst experience I ever had at an eye clinic. No one could even tell me the cost of my lense if I did order through them?? They said they would have to call me later?? I rate them a zero!

Dilated me without much notice or curiosity if I wanted that done. The rest of my day was awful. Gave me one option for contacts. All in all, a really bad experience.

Prescription was completely inaccurate from eye exam at this location. Does not file with insurance.
