This stores manager is an absolute nightmare to deal with. My grandmother went to make a return and there was a misunderstanding. Theres currently pollen everywhere and some got on a feeder she was returning (she put it in the bed of her truck to take it back). The manager very aggressively told her it had "clearly been used". No, theres a little bit of pollen on it, which can be dusted off. Then he said it was a feeder they hadnt carried since winter and was trying to accuse her of theft (how can you steal an item that currently isnt in stock?). By the way, he waited a good 20 minutes before even coming out. The poor cashier called him at least 7 times and was very embarrassed. Ive worked in retail, I get that people attempt to return stolen items (or items stolen from other stores) all the time. But, this was a huge feeder that no one could ever sneakily leave the store with, and a receipt was provided. The only thing wrong was the little bit of pollen on it, which was apparently enough of an excuse for an aggressive power trip. This location has a great variety of items that are kept in stock, as well as friendly staff, but this experience annihilated my desire to give them any future business.

I had left a item at the store, had not realized it till I got home. Called the store and the Young Man that was the cashier when I was there answered the phone. Very respectful and a good sense of humor. His name is Cole M. He had already put it to the side and knew it was mine and had tagged it. Others in the store could learn from his example. I would like to see more young folks with this kind of respect and politeness. Some of the other employees are nice as well but there are a couple that act kind of snotty for no reason. I frequent tractor supply and have spent a considerable amount of money in there. People like Cole M., are the reason my wife and I return. Not because of what you sale. I can go other places or order my items online. We just like going places to look.

If ZERO STARS was an option I would pick. I picked the Carrollton location because they claim to have had all 3 items I needed in stock. I paid online and chose option to pickup. This store is a good 25 miles from me. Only 2 of my items were actually in the store. Instead of the manager (Zac) putting my money back on my card at the store, he advises me to contact customer relations. I get home and the items I receive are missing the hardware parts to assemble it. After spending an hour on the phone with customer relations, she informs me Carrollton doesnt have the hardware parts in stock. Tractor Supply Co. you need to do a better job with your inventory!!!

I shop at the Carrollton location once a week. Everytime I am there, the line to check out has 8-10 people in it with one cashier working. They need more than one cashier because checking out here is a 20 minute wait minimum.

Prices are fair, but the employees often give bad recommendations. We had to return our electric fence charger three times, as everyone there recommended something totally different for our needs.
