There is a ferret being kept at this location in an aquarium tank on the lowest level with other rodents. There is not enough ventilation for adequate air quality, this ferret was photographed housed in these conditions, additionally the ferret did not have food in their tank. Ferrets eating dry food must have food and water at all times. When a concerned patron brought this to the manager on dutys attention they were informed that this pet store does not intend to change the ferrets living conditions which is willful neglect. These are the reasons Pet Supplies receives one star. You should be properly caring for all animals in your facility.

Very friendly and they all had the best customer service! I was greeted with a wave through the window before I even stepped foot into the store, and then a hello how are you and is there anything we can do for you today when I actually walked in lol. The manager is great!! I called before I went to see if they carried a specific cat food and they didnt, but he started carrying it just because I asked. I will always take my business here! They even asked if they could walk my bags out to my car. Great prices too!

Just left there to shop at Pet smart in Woodstock. Took purchase to register. Stood there watching cashier talk to customer on curb for several minutes. She walked this older man to his car. Helped Him load in his trunk. Never looked back once. Stood at his car and proceeded to talk to him. Very intense convo apparently. I left my purchase at register after close to 10 min. Unbelievable. Getting ready to walk into Petsnart.

Really, really like this establishment. Very friendly customer service, I think one of the gentleman I met was even the owner. Very down to earth and very helpful. It was my first time taking my 3 years old German Shepard to a location for a bath. What an experience, but everyone there made it fun. Im on my way back today. Meet you there. You cant go wrong.

Great Store and Excellent customer service! I was looking for new cat food the food I got my cats did not like and it upset one of their stomachs. They kindly found my receipt in their system and allowed me to exchange the open bag of food. They truly go above and beyond to make their customers happy!

I have literally never left a review in my life that I can recall, but I went into this new store and it was great! So close to home, NO cats & dogs for sale (adoption only), and friendly staff. They walk your bags to your car - every time! Go in and support a new local business :-)

No pets, but needed formula kit for an orphaned baby bunny with eyes still closed. Had Sbilac goat formula, feeding syringe, and special enzyme probiotic gel all in a kit for less than $10. 3 days later discovered bunny rehabber is across street, Bells Ferry Animal hospital.

What a joke. If the owners and staff REALLY cared for their pets who is the Moron that put a ferret in a fish tank!!! No bed , no toys and poor ventilation among the small limited space given for the ferret to move around . This is not the proper set up for a ferret .

very convenient since its nearby and you dont have to walk inside like 10 minutes like petsmart or walmart just to get some dog treats, but unfortunately most food bags are like $1+ more than other big box stores, other than that its a easy store to navigate

This place is awesome! My boys love the food and the little snacks they have. The staff is so helpful and goes out of their way to make sure you get what you need and are happy. Definitely becoming a monthly stop for me and my pet family.

Do you love your pets? Shop here, they have everything! Great place to get any of your pets needs, Seriously they price match so know I dont have to drive to Cartersville to get my dogs specialty food anymore! Very Very Happy Customer :-)
