I bought a few fish from these guys when they were on Cheshire and tried to return them today because I dont have time to take care of them properly. I first drove to the Cheshire store and a sign redirected me to the new location. Once there, they refused to take the fish back. I realize why, they do not want fish from off the street infecting their stock. This isnt unreasonable, but every other pet store I know of has quarantine tanks for such cases. Seems to me Pet Supplies "Plus" would rather the fish die then invest in a few inexpensive plastic quarantine tanks. Does the owner not understand the profit margin on free fish? Ive returned fish to the store on Cheshire in the past. Pet Supermarket at Toco Hills took the fish with no questions. I wont shop here again for sure. If youre too looking for an alternative pet store for your pets check out Return to Eden next door - they have great food that my cat LOVES! Also, The Pet Set on Briarcliff is a great store.

Easily the greatest pet store Ive ever been to. They have an extremely wide selection of premium pet foods, toys, crates, accessories, you name it! They even custom order anything they dont currently have. Not to mention they have awesome aquarium display. When it comes to variety and quality of premium pet food and toy, nothing beats this store. They also have a self pet wash in the back, so you dont have to get your place all gross with fur! The employees are always extremely friendly and will always try to help you out to the best of their ability, but you have to keep in mind they are working minimum wage and may get swamped if there is a lot going on at once. All in all, the employees keep the store well maintained and stocked, and will take priority in the customers needs.

I have been going to Pet Supplies Plus for many years. Great store, great service, and great prices. Definitely the best quality, largest selection and reasonable prices for pet supplies in the city. I wanted to take a second to commend Kamali, one of sales associates at this location, for her work. She is a tremendous addition to the team and is always professional, dedicated, and accommodating. She always makes my experience that much better!

Great place for picking up supplies if you own dogs, cats, fish, or hermit crabs. The staff has great service but is really hit or miss on knowledge. Ive had some questions answered beyond my own scope of knowledge and Ive also had to correct staff on misinformation given to customers (for example, you cant keep male and female betta fish together, nor should you house two males together so long as theres a divider in the tank).

WORST HAIRCUT FOR MY DOG-- EVER. Absolutely terrible. We gave the groomer very specific instructions to keep a certain length and keep his face and ears a certain way, and now, not only has our dog been completely sheared of ALL HAIR, he has also been traumatized. AND it cost nearly twice as much ($120!!) than any other groomer we have taken him to. Heartbreaking experience. Terrible.

I love this store! People actually like working at Pet Supplies Plus... Perhaps this is why they treat their customers so well! They are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The store is meticulously clean, well-organized and well-stocked, and very pleasant. I love coming to Pet Supplies Plus!!

Probably the best quality, largest selection and reasonable prices for pet supplies in the city. However, it is not uncommon to have to search the store to find an associate to help if you have a question.

Out of stock on my Dogs food...had to buy higher priced one...no help or concession. Do you want to wait for tomorrows delivery for your food?? I think not...wont be back
